...the bad news is, of course, that someone out there, probably some fetish group (and I think it's mostly men, by the way) is taking delight in this, and that's why it put this out.
The good news is you can use this as a reference the next time Patrick Stewart or somebody complains about films promoting "violence against women".
I'm not sure if you want to start a fight with the group promoting this or not. It would be good to orchestrate it in advance to ensure that they don't just get two or three lonely complaints, but rather more than a hundred. Remember the LA TIMES article on this I referred you to a few weeks ago? This stuff goes on largely because they think no one objects to it. Prove them wrong.
bg Men are from EARTH. Women are from EARTH. Deal with it.

About movies "promoting violence against women": Of course there are movies where the (male) villain is involved in such violence, but how many movies can you name where the male hero/protagonist is involved in even a single act of violence against a woman?
I can name one: "Leviathan" (an Alien copy from 10-15 years ago; in the end, the male hero punches a female villain in the nose). Then there's "High Plains Drifter", but in that one the hero is really an anti-hero (there isn't a sympathetic character in the entire movie).

Alright, I can think of a few more, though one might want to quibble.
Arnie's done it twice in his movies, once he fought, and if I remember correctly, killed a female who was impersonating his wife. This was in "Total Recall.". Also, there is t3 where the 'male' cyborg has tons of fights with the 'female' cyborg, though you might wish to disallow this because they aren't, strictly speaking, playing humans.
Anyway, if anyone is interested I could google up a link: there is a listing of spankings in the movies. Most of the movies are older of course, and most of the ones where the females do the spanking involve children, but it must be pointed out that one could use the "Spankings in the Movies" database to "prove" that the vast majority of violence (Even though many of the spankings were playful, not disciplinary) in movies was committed by men against women and children. We must be careful how we use resources on the web. I'd really like a site that examine violence in movies in general, breaks it down by gender, and gives context and severity of the violence presented. Sounds like a massive project though, and I doubt anyone has or has seen enough movies to do this in a comprehensive way.

It would be interesting to see how often females are attacked for amusement for a basis of comparison.
I remember in Scary Movie 2 there was some female violence for laughs.

I urge you not to harass the people responsible for this website.
We need to avoid going down the same road that feminism has taken, of attempting to censor anything it doesn't like. It's a waste of time, it annoys everyone, it makes you look like a pleasure-hating fundamentalist, and get this - IT DOESN'T WORK. Despite decades of hysterical screaming from the feminazis, the porn industry is alive and well. Don't waste your time.
This list is actually a very useful resource for men's activists.
Someone has gone to the trouble of compiling this list, and visitors to the site have a chance to contribute new examples they find.
Yes, it does seem that some of these guys are taking pleasure in it, it's a bit juvenile, a lot of them are probably teenagers, but I think we should overlook that in this case, because it constitutes a body of evidence in support of the men's activism case.
The fact is this site has identified a trend in popular culture which otherwise might have remained obscure.
If you want to do something about this website, contribute to it, and make your comments more appropriate. Tell your friends about it, and point out to them that you would never be able to show on TV a man taking a gun and blamming a woman in the groin - that would be regarded as the action of a misogynist psychotic, and promoting something called Violence Against Women - but swap the sexes around and it's a just a bit of harmless fun. We ought to thank these guys for compiling this list.

I agree. This appears to be good, useful information, and no matter how some other miscreant chooses to use it, we should exploit it.

The guys that like this sort of thing, are these gay guys, we are referring too?
In my studies recently of anti-male porn, I found alot of gay guys as well as misandric women get off on male genital mutilation. If STRAIGHT guys get off on it, then I have to question their sexuality.
