Iraqi Type Justice? (Score:2) by Luek on 04:37 AM May 18th, 2004 EST (#1) (User #358 Info) If this stupid misandrous judge was an Iraqi judge and had handed down a decision like this to an Iraqi defendant before the invasion he would now be locked up in Abu Ghraib Prison as an oppressor of the people and charged with crimes against humanity. And would have his private parts vulnerable to the whims of some petty tyrant he had to please to stay alive and probably a female trailer trash type at that! And just what about the women who let themselves the pregged up by this defendant? Why aren't they given the choice of jail or sterilization? Takes 2 to tango you know!

ASSUMINNG BOTH AGREED TO HAVE CHILDREN, BUT AS LOSNG AS THERE IS NO LEGAL WRITTEN CONSENT REQUIRED FOR WOMEN TO HAVE CHILDREN OF A PARTICUALR MAN,(JUST IN SPERM BANKS), JUST WOMEN ARE ULTIMATELY RESPONSIBLE, AS THEM, ONLY THEM HAS THE RIGHT TO CHOSE IF A CONCEPTION IS GOING TO BECOME A CHILD OR NOT, AND AFTERWARDS IF THIS CHILD IS GOING TO PLACED INTO ADOPTION, SIGNING OUT HER RIGHTS AND RESPONSABILITIES CONCERNING THE CHILD OR IF SHE IS GOIN TO KEEP THE RIGHTS AND .........         RESPONSABILITIES?. ESTERILIZED WOMEN THAT DO NOT SUPPORT "THEIR" CHILDREN NOT THE MEN THEY "USED" TO HAVE THEM. PF: NO RIGHTS NO RESPONSABILITIES, AND STOP BLAMING THE VICTIM.
