He should also sue for intentional infliction of emotional distress and defamation of character as well as malicious prosecution. He can certainly gain some measure of justice financially.
I'll wait and see what happens with regard to criminal charges, though. The dirty little secret that prosecutors have is that a lot of testimony is perjured, especially from cops. Prosecutors routinely wink and nod at perjury in their zeal to obtain convictions for their political future. And prosecutors cannot afford to appear "soft on rape". I wouldn't be at all surprised to find the prosecutors attempt to sweep this under the rug.

The lack of coverage of this story is just one more glaring proof that, if the news media were a bus, men would be so far in the back they'd have to be issued jogging shoes to run behind the tailpipe, after paying their fare of course.

I have been visiting and participating in similar site in other countries and looking at this situation like a chess board or one of the strategy games that I enjoy and I have seen lots of will and motivation, but really we all seem to be at a loss for tactical and strategic direction. For what It's worth I am going to post this proceedure here , then on as many sites as I can in other countries.
So here goes.
First....obtain a current copy of the largest circulation newspaper in your area.
Second...make a systematic list of EVERY contributing advertiser in that newspaper.
Third...write if you are shy....but please rant as stridently as you can...and preferably if you are accostomed to speaking your mind...get the circulation manager on the phone and MAKE IT ABSOLUTELY CLEAR THAT YOU WILL NEVER AGAIN PURCHASE THEIR NEWSPAPER UNLESS MENS ISSUES ARE GIVEN FAIR VOICE IN IT AND YOU INTEND TO REPEAT THIS MESSAGE TO EVERY ADVERTISER IN THAT PAPER WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
Then compose a rant that will knock their eyes out and send it to every advertiser. Help out your likeminded brothers by posting the mailing list of how to contact the advertisers
and last but nor least....keep your word and carry through on that threat. After you have done THAT...repeat procedure with the TV news stations and the cable company. I have already started on my own locality.

"He said, She said" ...and usually "she said" is good enough in this feminazi, man hating society. They are both suing each other in civil court now that the criminal trial is over. The females were able to cook up enough to get the guy into criminal court and it takes less to convict in civil court than criminal court, i.e. "O.J. Simpson." I'd need to see the evidence presented to know what the heck is going on for sure.
The main woman in this story has quite a record so there are plenty of suspicions agianst her.
Still, all you have to do is get a few feminazis on the jury and a feminazi judge and the guys goose is cooked, and we all know how billions of our tax dollars have been used to train judges to think like feminazis by the Violence Against Women Act. We definitely live under a biased, man hating, feminazi judiciary.
I'm from Missouri. I'll believe a man can get justice in a court in America, when I see it. So far this is just round 1, and the track record would seem to indicate this guy could still be easily screwed over, big time.

One reason this story is prominent is because women's false allegations of sexual abuse and domestic violence are so infrequently exposed.
Just one more innocent guy targeted by feminist predators who got their sick minds together and realized -- "Hey, we're women! We're victims! Let's just tell some lies and collect the cash!"
And, truth be told, they correctly assessed their chances of getting caught as a tolerable risk to go ahead with the fraud; and I doubt that any "superior female morality" gave any of them pause about putting an innocent man in prison.
It's exceptional that this crime was exposed, but the scam itself is far from exceptional.
Is there any government agency or non-profit group that tracks and archives instances like this of false allegations?
It would be interesting to know how many such cases are happening and whether there is any trend that could be used to leverage legal reforms...

And the sick part of this was that this guy was just collatoral damage. They wanted to get some money from the company and he was the innocent person they had to put into jail to get their grubby little hands on the money.
I mean, think of how little men have value in relation to this. A number of women (I don't know the number of false accusers) got together and, out of whole cloth made up an accusation of rape for the sole purpose of getting money. This guy didn't mean a thing to these women.
And to the "women don't lie" crowd out there ... this wasn't ONE woman who lied, but a GROUP of them. And it wasn't that he DID anything to them, he was just a non-human "means to an end" for them to pocket some money.
One woman in a he said/she said case can be (but shouldn't be) written off as some abberation, but here a group of women got togehter and had a man jailed for **7** months in a corperate extortion scam. His life meant so little to them. Any ONE of these women could have put a stop to it and gotten a slap on the wrist, if that. But NOOOOooooo he went all the way to court and had his life RAPED by these women for a few bucks.

It would be nice if we saw this story getting some extended coverage in the regular media. I know he's just a common guy, but look at how stations like Fox News, MSNBC, etc. have covered Scott Peterson non-stop. He's a fertilizer salesman, or was. The news media has a funny notion about what is news.
Now this story is really news to me. I hope it continues to be covered, and in far greater detail and frequency.

There is no greater power in today's misandrist courts and media than to lay claim to victimhood. And men are not victims as defined by these same institutions.
we will suffer. we are man. we have no rights within the family, and we are guilty of any and all charges against us. Forget property, freedom, respect. The media will be there with their culture manipulation tactics to make sure the "correct story" gets out to the mindless millions who eat shit shit up day in and day out...

This guy had his name spread all over the media when he was charged with these bogus sexual assaults. Which means that even though he miraculously was found not guilty he probably has no money,job or family left.
Of course the females in this little con game hid behind rape shield laws which was a contributing factor in giving them the incentive to pull this stunt.
