Humor The Viagra Monologues, by a New Zealand playwright, is reportedly an answer to The Vagina Monologues. The Viagra Monologues is receiving good reviews and might be worth seeing. Is anyone in NZ on this board, able to check this out, and willing to report to us? I might want to suggest to a local acting troupe that they put it on.

I was excited about this until I saw that it was written by a woman. A play about penis's and it's written by a woman. Just imagine a play about vagina's written by a man. How far would that go? Duh.

I was even willing to go along with the idea that a woman might be able to steward the voices of men...until I read that: "...she admired the Vagina Monologues for the way it incorporated humorous, painful and quirky aspects of female experiences and wondered what men might say if given the opportunity to wax eloquent about their sex lives." Hmmm she liked the vagina monologues. Ugh.

"No champion of male causes, Brophy says her 90-minute play, consisting of 15 dramatic monologues delivered by characters aged from three to 83, is a fictional presentation of a range of male experiences and voices."

So she made these up. Oh great. I can only imagine.

We need to write our own manologues!

I have the same reservations. Nevertheless, I hope that it's a decent play.

Again, anyone from NZ out there?

You don't have to be Einstein to work out what kind of drivel this production will be.

No I havn't seen it and nor would I.

Check the info so far -

1) Written by a woman!
2) Produced by her husband.
3) In New Zealand - second worst anti-male country in the world.
4) Rave reviews - theatres are full of feminists and gays.
5) Expounded by the feminist-left media critics as brilliant.

Come on fella's, wake up! Start putting those pieces of information together. You know damn well what it's going to be like. Cheap shot misandry for the feminist-left and their lapdog supporters.

A production to belittle men and turn them into a joke. Again.
