My lying cheating ex used false domestic abuse allegations to rid me from her life.
I was guilty way before any facts (or lack of...) got reviewed by the courts and the DV industry.
My probation officer has already threatened me with an ankle tag to scare me.
So I tell you these things already exist.
If they do pass legistlation on this, at least false claims of restraining order violations should be set to a evidentiary criteria. Right now, all a woman has to do is call the police, and you are guilty based on her word alone. I forced to plead guilty just to get out of pre-trial incarceration, and now a suspended sentence hangs just one rancorous phone call away...
The whole system is a mess because of crazy advocacy that has broken down the civil rights and the role of men in the family and society.
I would guess that many women abuse the powers of the "system" to bury the men they no longer want in their life. "Victim advocates" inform them how to trump up abuse charges and work the system...
All I know was that I was living my life working hard, and the next day I am in jail with "gang-bangers" who had bail set and they shot off firearms, and I had no bail set based on words alone...

The reason why women don't have to go through this fucking bullshit is, they wouldn't stand for it.
If the law applied equally (as it should) this bullshit would never happen because all of society would jump up in arms and tell the government to go fuck themselves.
As for now, the divide and conquer thing is working just fine at destroying our liberties.
The government just looks the other way when its women so that they can have an alli at destroying and subjugating the population.
They give women the upperhand for a reason. Once men have been subjugated sufficiently they will start working on subjugating women and the population will be entirely under state control.

Jews who didn't rebel vs. the Nazis when they started requiring them to register and wear yellow Stars of David acted surprised when they were later carted away and murdered wholesale, too.
Why should men be the least bit surprised that this is happening? Anyone remember that Arnold Schwarzanegger (sp?) movie wherein convicts were fitted with explosive necklaces, and if they moved outside a certain circle, the necklaces exploded, decapitating the men wearing them? What was that movie called, "The Running Man", I think?
This movie leaps to mind when I see stuff like this.
Definition of "repeat domestic violence offender": Any man who has had a complaint against him made by a woman of nearly any kind.
Men, keep your necks shaved for that collar-- or start getting busy defending what's left of your *human* rights.
