Fathers Lose Custody Either Way

Fatherhood As this article reports, in a recent UK court decision, a father lost custody of his children even though he had been the stay at home parent. Rather than considering the actual roles the parents had played in raising the children, in handing down the decision Lord Justice Thorpe stated that the court could not ignore the "realities" of the "very different" traditional functions of men and women. This sends a strong message to prospective and current fathers.

That is the reason I am never having kids.

Not because I do not want kids, but because of rulings like this one - and as this story proves, it doesn't only happen in Canada.

THIS is something to get arrested over. I'd like to mob that court. I guess it just shows what's really going on behind all the discrimination in the other courts. Most others just aren't as honest. This is just sickening.

This is a prime example of just how widespread the misandrous mindset of the judiciary is in Western culture.
The example below of a US bastard in a black robe would feel very much at home with the stupid and punitively discriminatory family laws of Britain.
