Woman Murders Boyfriend After Several Attempts
posted by Scott on Sunday March 24, @10:16AM
from the domestic-violence dept.
Domestic Violence SJones writes "A woman repeatedly tried to murder her boyfriend. She finally succeeded and, big surprise, she now claims to be the 'real' victim. Why she was never arrested for domestic violence for her previous attempts is not explained, nor why she was not in jail for attempted murder. The story, in which he is called her 'partner,' is here."

It does have a Keystone Cop kind of ring.

At first, I wondered if this was the classic battered partner? Why stay with someone who is trying to kill you? But when I read the story it occured to me that the reason is probably that he didn't know she was trying to kill him. While the story doesn't say so explicitly, she probably confessed to her earlier deeds after successfully killing him.

With the exception of the sock attack, she didn't do violence to him personally. I suppose he woke up wondering why he had a headache?

So she was more sneaky in most forms of her attacks then I originally thought. And that's why she was apparently able to kill him -- without him even knowing she had tried before.

I think we all know why she was never arrested for domestic violence. Western culture views violence by women as something that is "cute" or just being "feisty." We have also been socially conditioned to automatically think of violent women as being provoked by a male or using it in self defense.

It is very popular in this misandric culture to follow the dumb downed dictum: "Never hit a woman no matter what!" This of course is aimed specifically at men exercising a perceived right to self defense. Slaves after all traditionally do not have a right to self defense. That is a privilege society grants only to members it deems to have value.

Right, Luek.

And considering it's Oscar night, I happened to think of what could happen to this story if someone buys the movie rights. Can anyone say "I Love You To Death II?"

This sickens me.

Oscar NIGHT!?!? Why that would explain why my wife was becoming violent. It is just like NFL night where men get more violent...:)

We need to issue a warning to all men. Beware of Oscar night. There are more incidences of violence against men reported than any other time of year.

All the smartass comments I can think up regarding violence against men on Oscar night sadly reflect a bias against homosexual couples that I do not in actuality feel, so I can't make them.

So What? If she was a six-time loser? She succeeded in the face of adversity. Gotta admit, the 'sock & the soap bar' was a little amateurish. But then again, I've done worse too. The last wife I tried to kill, complained that I didn't take her out to dinner before.

Get the tranquilizer gun, we'll have to tag and cage this one!

Top five suggestions to make her more attractive to her future cell mates:
  • 5. Dress in full Islamic garb, covering everything except her eyes.
  • 4. Wear a ski mask.
  • 3. Sew the ski mask's eyes shut.
  • 2. Wear a paper bag over the ski mask.
  • 1. Have the president declare every day Halloween.

Rule #1 #2 and #3, if it has a penis, it's safe to kill.

The guy was most likely a wife beating child molester anyway, if not, he probably would have at some point in his life. Most men are.

Ooooo, a restraining order. That's sure to stop someone.

I don't know the whole story surrounding this case, but if he was an abusive pr!ck and sexually assaulted a 4yo boy in the process, then it's due justice, particularly if he threatened her.

If she took off and he was able to make bail, then he may have hunted her down and killed her. How many times has that scenario been played in North America??? Too damn many.

If I was stupid and lived with a stupid man who abused me and my child I might have done the same. So well done there indeed for taking out this idiot. However since I am not stupid I would have either left him,or gone to the police or social services before trying to kill him. If the guy did what he did he deserved what he got, but unfortunately in our society killing somebody is still murder even under these circumstances. She should have thought about that, but I assume her IQ was not much higher then her partners. And now the kids are going to be turned into the care of social services instead of having mother to raise them..well done!. What a tragic story.

Unfortunately, very true. I have seen a few abused men and they look as pathetic (I am using this as a physically descriptive term, not the derogatory term) as any abused woman.

Even with bruises, the doctors and case workers don't take female abuse seriously.

It goes on. In similar threads, it must have been his fault, why didn't he leave, men are scum, men deserve it, the usual pheminist litany of anti-male hate, combined with brainwashed phem-boys.

Wonder where she learned it? The Society for Cutting Up Men? Or another of the related pheminist hate groups? Maybe the media, where Russell Yates is made the scapegoat for his wife's crimes? Or people like Andrea Yates and Susan Smith getting life with the possibility of parole where a man would be executed for a similar crime?

Women have special needs. Women have special issues. We want equality, as long as we're MORE EQUAL than men. It's turning into an epidemic, kill boyfriend, husband, father, brother, claim abuse, get sympathy from media and NOW, get light sentence or even don't get indicted by whipped judges.

And the name of another man to add to the memorial.

Frank! That is an awesome idea! Ohhhh man! That would be the least we could do for these poor chaps. But it's a begining. I may have access to some server space, and we could seed the search engines with the site. Awareness would spread at an even faster rate when people can get a quick blurb in front of thier faces and it's not just another 3rd hand story.
Let me know.

The women I know, when we see "woman kills boyfriend/partner/husband" typically think, "woman was psycho".
