Interesting Twist in a Rape Trial

The males in the case were on trial and were acquitted and the woman was then charged and convicted of filing a false police report. This is the second time this has occurred in Oregon recently and it may be show a trend in acknowledging that false rape accusations occur and should be dealt with."
