It seems not just inconsiderate brides-to-be can be the only women running off to Vegas! USA Today covers the trend of women-only getaways, some including week-long hotel discounts (for women only) and no-men-allowed package deals, with trips to Chippendales-like strip clubs too!
Click "Read more..." for more.Just imagine if this story were run with the sexes reversed, touted on the cover of a national newpaper, what the outcry would be. Better yet, replace the references to the sexes with references to ethnic groups (pick your two) and imagine the article then. The misandry is quite palpable too, though not as blatant as one of the more recent examples mentioned here on MANN.
