No Wine Without Wife's Permission?

It seems that in Bihar, India, men may soon face three years in prison if they consume alcohol without written permission from their wives.
Sometimes I think that instead of throwing a party for a man before he gets married, his male friends and family members should dress him up like a corpse, have him lie in a coffin, and hold a funeral ceremony.
