Sick Judge, Sick D.A., Sick Jury Won't Listen to False Accuser's Recant

Inequality Chuck H writes "Woman recants story of being sexually assaulted by her boyfriend. Now the court runs with the ball of false witness. Sounds like Bell County Texas all over again. I can't believe it's happening in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. I am ashamed to live here!"

Despite plea from girlfriend, man sent to prison for attack

Alyssa Waters
Chippewa Falls News Bureau

CHIPPEWA FALLS — A Stanley man will spend six years in prison for sexually assaulting his girlfriend, even though she says it never happened.

Donald J. Lewallen, 26, of 238 Dewey St. was found guilty of two counts of sexual assault and one count of battery during a jury trial in Chippewa County Court in April. He was sentenced Monday.

Lewallen’s girlfriend, Amanda McNamara, initially called police in January after being beaten by Lewallen. During the police interview, she said Lewallen had slapped her in the face, pulled her hair, slammed her face into a concrete floor and then sexually assaulted her.

Several days later McNamara recanted her story, saying it was consensual sex.

Even though McNamara told the jury she lied to investigators, jurors found Lewallen guilty.

At the sentence hearing, McNamara said all she’s ever wanted is for someone to believe her now.

“Coming forward with the truth is the hardest thing I’ve ever done,” McNamara said. “(Lewallen) is not guilty of rape and shouldn’t have to pay for something he didn’t do.”

Assistant District Attorney Wade Newell asked Chippewa County Judge Roderick Cameron to sentence Lewallen to 20 years in prison because of the nature of the crime.

“This is something where his violent behavior has escalated over the years,” Newell said. “This was a very violent sexual assault. She was made to do reprehensible things.”

Lewallen has a criminal record that includes operating vehicles while intoxicated and disorderly conduct.

After hearing McNamara’s final plea to save Lewallen from prison, Cameron decided that prison time was necessary.

“At this time in his life, (Lewallen) is not able to control his alcoholism,” Cameron said. “This sentence will let others know regardless of how the victim feels, (the perpetrator) will serve a lengthy sentence.”

In conjunction with prison time, Lewallen was sentenced to five years of extended supervision and nine months in jail concurrent with his sentence.

Crap convictions like this will become more and more common because the American public for the most part is decadent especially in areas related to sex. Remember a jury convicted this man! A jury drawn from the general population! There only had to be one dissenter on the jury to stop this witch hunt lynching. But now a days that is like asking for the moon in a bushel basket!

I hope they all get cancer and DIE!

As much as I can appreciate Luek's outrage, it produces little benefit to express that you'd like 12 people to die from cancer.

I could accept that conclusion if it was preceded by some logical reasoning.

There are several lessons to be gleaned from this story, among them --

- the legal system in domestic violence cases re-victimizes women, who give up their power the minute they dial 9-1-1 and invite the feminazi state into their homes and lives (It's called "no drop" prosecution)

- a woman's testimony is just fodder for the DV women's rights advocates, who control the court protocols and use her as a tool for destroying families and men who are foolish enough to seek to make one and try to keep it together

- the male "perp" obviously has a history of substance abuse, which the dominant feminist (Duluth Model) approach to DV totally forbids from being recognized or treated in the context of intimate partner violence. (There is only one cause of male violence, and it's Patriarchy.)

- the woman's complicity in this cycle of mutual abuse (with obvious sado-masochistic elements) cannot be acknowledged, for fear of casting doubt upon her 100% victimhood (She can never be seen to CHOOSE anything, because that would give the lie to the Duluth "power-and-control" myth.)

- the judge is petrified of being seen as going "soft" on DV, and has little interest in examining the complexities of the case. He envisions feminazis parading outside his office and dismisses the injustice of his ruling without losing a wink of sleep.)

- the 12-person jury was a fairly accurate sample of what any man can expect in a DV trial scenario, i.e. brain-dead sheep with no actual interest in due process and a compelling need to get to the mall on time. (It's become a terrifying concept to be "tried by a jury of your peers" if you have more than a high school diploma ...)

- who were the winners in this case?

"Sick Judge, Sick D.A., Sick Jury"?

More like:

Average Judge, Average D.A., Average Jury.

Why let the fact that the defendant didn't do it get in the way of a lynching? Isn't hate (racism or sexism or both) wonderful?

Excellent analysis, Roy, but I'm with Luek on this. I too hope all twelve of these sexist morons (and the false accuser, who confessed to perjury, but faces no charges, thanks to her vagina) get cancer, preferably some variety that causes them to suffer unecessarily over a period of six or more years, and then die horribly. May they suffer infinitely more than the man whose life they've just destroyed for kicks.

We're perfectly entitled to be angry about this case and many others, e.g. William Hetherington. These guys may be just "another disposable man" to the vengeful, brainless pussies in office and on the bench, but they're human beings to me.

The fact that society has decided that men aren't human gives rational men like me plenty of reason to be disgusted with the state of things, and there's nothing wrong with blowing off a little steam, particularly when it is so obviously and richly deserved.

The only lesson to be learned from this is that society IS very much "out to get" men, and any man will do, regardless of his innocence or guilt. Stay off their radar, guys. These fruitcakes are looking to "get even" with men, and believe me, you'll do.

What's the best way to do that? Avoid women like the plague that so many of them have voluntarily become - not that this will necessarily protect you. It used to be that I'd give women the benefit of the doubt, i.e. that they weren't vengeful, narcissistic man-haters until proven otherwise. Now, unless a woman is demonstrably on the side of reason and equally concerned about the rights of all human beings, I assume the worst. As it turns out, I'm not often wrong.

Well, I'm out-voted on the "curse of cancer" for the jury; but I'll put my faith in the concept of karma.

Cancer might actually be a blessing for some of those 12 blighted souls. I prefer to see them fully experience the slow-burn of cause-and-effect. (i.e. the full violence of their personal choices).

As for the sage advice to "Avoid women like the plague..."

How? (Practically?)

Become a Trappist monk? Become an intern at the Vatican? Start your own modern touring castrado choir ensemble?

In a social system dominated by radical feminism, you can no more avoid women than you can avoid oxygen.

Even if you avoid personal/intimate interactions with women, you have to work, walk, drive, commute, worship, eat, inhabit public spaces with them, correct?

And then there's the absolute fact that even if you never came within 100 feet of a woman, you live in a feminist legal aquarium where sexist ideology is the (invisible to most) water that sustains the toxicity.

Well, I guess you could try to 100% avoid women.

But a cave in Afganistan or suicide would seem to be the only logical recourse if that's your plan.

And, is the strategy of avoidance (to use the current parlance) merely cowardly "cut 'n run?"

Feminism has engineered for men the ultimate Catch-22!

It's quite poetic, if you look at it from a "romantic" P.O.V.

Someday men may fondly recall feminism as the challenge that resurrected the warrior spirit among a tribe of "clerks and errand boys."

Things I would like to know that the article doesn't mention:
1)was there actual physical evedince that violence was committed, e.g. bruises? Or are they going on the woman's (initial) word alone??
2)why do they say the man's 'violence has escalated' over time, but then say only that he has been cited for disorderly conduct and DUI? Unless the disorderly was several instances of fighting or attacking, the statement doesn't seem justified.
It is amazing how some stories in the news media seem incomplete. In this case, could it be intentional ommission of information?
