NOW slams shared parenting bill
posted by Matt on 01:10 PM March 29th, 2006
Divorce Anonymous User writes "This article/propaganda piece printed for the feminists by the Times Union is a scathing attack on the shared parenting bill currently before the New York legislature. This bill would provide for automatic shared parenting in all New York divorces. This would be a devastating setback for the feminists who worked long and hard to eliminate fathers from families, separate them from thier children, and ensure that they serve as permanent wage slaves for women. NOW can't have this, so predictly the "article" is filled with usual lies and distortions used so often by the feminazis. Read it, get mad and rip Marcia Pappas a new one."

I am surprised that NY State is considering such progressive legislation as shared parenting.

This is after all the state that voted Hillary Clinton into the US Senate and will do so again unfortunately.

But it is still good to hear that NY State is considering shared parenting.

New York State is the worst. Not only does it have Hitlary, but the senior senator, Chuck Schumer, co-sponsored an anti-shared parenting resolution (which was adopted) as his last act before running for the Senate.

This bill, in its various incarnations, has been floating around, not for 12 years as the article states but for almost TWO DECADES! And to make it worse, NY, a state with 95% mother custody, is on the verge of adopting No-Fault divorce. NY was also ground zero for that abomination Breaking the Silence and has the meanest, most activist branch of N.O.W. (in NYC) in the country.

Give New York State to Mexico in exchange for California.

Notice that feminazi journalists are starting to use "gender neutral" language when they describe the gender wars?

Now they use "custodial and non-custodial parents" instead of "abused mom and criminal vermin ex-husband."

"In the interest of the children" is still code for "mother gets custody, maximum child support, and a restraining order on the wallet-man."

But the rad-fems' shift in language strategy suggests that they understand that their lying and manipulation for the past 40 years is starting to be exposed.

Yes? No? Maybe?

Yes Roy, same old same old. When the idiots that have dreamt of glory and riches have lost their usefullness the real backers of the charade pull back and let them swing in the wind. What else is new? What really bothers me is that we as a People are still being played. The propaganda has now shifted to conservative religious organizations as the answer to everyones problems. But wait, isn't that what got us here in the first place? Tired of being treated as an idiot myself, I just hope that others are as well. From what I hear from across the country the average "Joe" is sick and tired of it as well. They just don't have a real answer that is out there for them to back, just the same old shit polished up and deorderized. You have to give them credit, they have played our nation well, and continue to do so. How many times in your life that you can count that you were aware of being played like a yo-yo by our benevolent government? I will say it again, the only womyn that signed up for this crap were deviant to begin with, indoctrination and peer pressure took the rest. The land of the "free", just where is that anyway Roy?

It can only be found in that grey matter between your ears.

Nothing has changed in 40,000 years of human history.

Men left the family's cave to hunt for food.

Women stayed in the cave waiting for carry-out.

Today, it's all psychological, but the same game, and the power dynamics have not changed a bit.

Women expect .... men carry.

Did you mistake female predation as a "complicated" thing?

It's actually,elegantly simple:

SHE = PREDATOR

YOU = PREY.

A psychologist or a womynz studies major can make this complex and even interesting.

If in fact one were to believe that the feminist movement acted on its' own, and only acted out against the feminist movement then indeed one would be dead meat. But if one were to look deeper at the manipulation of our society, and find the real causes for the current paradigm, then one might even find a new level of discust to spur them on to resist even more. In so far as "being dead meat" to begin with we all are going to die. I would rather die fighting than accept slavery of any kind.
CURRENT GLOBAL SYSTEM: PREDATOR
AVERAGE HUMAN BEING: PREY
We have been manipulated into being one of the most isolated populace in the world due to the psychology of our current paradigm. There is a very valid reason why Mens' groups find difficulty in organizing. To ignore that which exists to oppress us is nothing more than willful ignorance when one has the intellect to do so. I would rather be a Human Being and speak of what I see and know rather than playing like an ostrich, and stick my head in the sand when frightened. In so far as our current situation being simplistic, I beg to differ. We are living in a paradigm that has taken thousands of years to come to fruit, and to dismiss the complexities is to miss the intent. "It is a good day to die!"

Primary caregiver presumption would cut down on the abusive practice by the moneyed spouse (usually the husband) of coercing the non-moneyed spouse (usually the wife) to make monetary concessions rather than risk a custody battle before a biased court. This threat of a fight for custody is the fear factor that leads mothers to make financial concessions in exchange for the chance to give her children a stable life.

I stopped reading right there. This is blackmail, pure and simple, no ifs, ands or buts about it. Of course, it's phrased as if men are blackmailing women, but the clear message is that women have a fundamental right to blackmail the men they trap through childbearing.

Men "abuse" the divorce process? A BIASED COURT? Is this fanatic serious? Please tell me there's a parenthesis and a semi-colon [ ;) ] somewhere down below that I missed... She can't seriously be trying to suggest that family courts are BIASED IN FAVOR OF MEN?

Whatever this demented freak is smoking, I want some too...

Feminists all over the country make the claim that family courts are biased against women. They do it because they know the fem-infested, castrated media will not question any claim they make. There claim for biased is based on the chestnut "men win 70% of disputed custody cases." Where did this incredible lie come from?

Thanks for the link, Hunchback - that's a handly little site. I know that the female supremacists claim that family courts are (suppresses a giggle) biased in favor of men. The immense load of bullshit these fruitcakes have been shovelling for decades just boggles my mind sometimes, as does the fact that only a minority of men seem to be able to smell it.

It doesn't surprise me when it's women being ignorant of reality. I never for a moment questioned the fact that average women (who will of course deny being "feminists"), will deliberately ignore the stench of feminist bullshit and the corpses of the men and children their darling advocates have murdered along the way, all so they can continue to enjoy their ill-gotten privileges, perks and their totalitarian, misandric world. But I had hoped it wouldn't be so difficult to wake men up to their plight.
