In Part One of a four-part series that outlines the plight of boys in education, the reporters fail to point out that decades of one sided sexist advocacy favoring girls alone from a federal level on down IS the reason for the failure of boys in school. Women's advocates say pay equity should be a higher priority than boys' lagging achievement while 38% of Maine undergraduates are male and they drop out of school in higher numbers as well..."
