37-YO female rapist blames four-YO boy for "seduction"
posted by Matt on 02:30 PM March 3rd, 2006
False Accusations SacredNaCl writes "Apparently, blaming the "man" extends all of the way to the tender age of 4, as in the case of this 37 year old, accused of having sex with a 4 year old boy. In her statement she said: "Sources tell us in what amounts to a bizarre confession that the suspect is actually accusing the four-year-old boy of seducing her. But police are not buying that explanation as they investigate several instances of rape and sexual abuse inside the day care center over a six-week period."

What's the chances the boy will be blamed for it? (Score:1)

I'd say 4:1. Which is pretty good for our side, as he is four, and two years ago, he'd be blamed. period.
Who knows? Maybe she missed her due date for her feminist book report and they told?

I can only suppose that her attorney told her to say what she did so that she could cop a mental plea. I mean why else would a woman of 37 say that she was seduced by a four year old? It doesn't sound like the DA is listening to her crap, and perhaps she will do hard time as she should. The news report even called her a monster, that in and of it self is a little different. We shall see.......

I agree 100%. It's merely a defense tactic. I just hope the jury will see through it. These days you never know.

Maybe she or her attorney saw the recent movie "Birth" in which Nicole Kidman (well, actually her character... but who knows?) believes that a ten year-old boy is her reincarnated husband, and so she gets sexually involved with this boy?

Her defense is a thinly disguised version of the movie's premise.

If it's true, this lawyer deserves an Oscar.

(Kidman's performance was her usual coked-up zombie impression....)

Yeah. Kidman is a weird piece of work. I can see why (Tom) Cruise dumped her.

Dustin Hoffman met his present wife while she was a little girl. She was the daughter of his best friends, and she stated while she was a child that one day she was going to marry Dustin. Well, she did! At least he waited until she was of age, at least that is the story anyhow......Talk about a prearranged marriage!

Soon enough, an embryo will find itself accused of seduction.
