False Accusations Dittohd writes "In this case, how do you feel about the guy not pressing charges against this crazy woman? Not only that, even the police let her off with just a warning when they caught her breaking the law."

I certainly would not have let her off that easy. I would sue and have her brought up on criminal charges including property damage and tresspassing.

I once counseled someone who was facing false accusations. Among the supporters of his accussors were members of NOMAS who had taken the position that "women don't lie".

At the time I was a ministry candidate (as was the accused) and I counseled him that when he was called upon to swear on the Bible to "tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth" that he should take the Bible in his hand and quote from memory a certain series of verses pertainent to his situation including the false accusation of Jacob by Potifar's wife, and the admonition of Christ not to swear oaths....when he was given a hard time for doing this....he went above and beyond what I counseled him to do....he told the judge that Christ was very open minded about whores, political Qwislings, apostates, and all manner of low life but he had nothing good to say about doctors of the law and that telling "the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth" was the last thing that the convened court actually wanted to hear and that nothing would get him into more trouble than actually doing that.

The judge, of course, gave him the obligatory warning about contempt of court.

To which he replied

"I will believe a woman's shit doesn't stink after I watch you eat a pound"

He served 30 days for contempt of court....the matter for which he was originally charged was dropped.

I think the law should be changed so that when a woman commits a crime against a man, there should be no option to allow charges not to be filed and prosecuted whether or not the male victim wishes to press charges, just like they do in domestic violence instances against men.

I would call this case sexual harassment and when convicted, she should have to register as a sex offender. Then let's see how she feels about being on that @#$%& list.

Hmmm. Maybe we should find women who make false claims about abuse and rape and go around sticking signs on their lawns saying "LIAR" or "FALSE ACCUSER", or something like that.

That's an idea with merit. While the media will never name namrs, they should be in the court records.

I thought that when WW11 was over they did away with the Gestapo? With the current laws defining a sex offender this is nothing more than a vigilante action by a woman that is letting fear, fostered by propaganda rule her life. Of course the system is going to be lenient on this woman, as her actions help fuel the fear that they are fostering upon the populace. But, the hapless Man that she wrongly accused, he must have a wife that won't let him take action, or the police advised him against it as they do when a Man falsely accused of any numerous crimes by a woman is told that you can try, but you won't get anywhere! Another day in the life in the "land of the free", just where is that anyway?
