Well, at least the boy was sent to his father. But seriously, could a man ever get off with that philosophy? No. He or she is supposed to be very happy that the father is behind bars, since he has a penis.

It is shameful how the courts put aside the true needs of Children due to a lack of a functioning Children services division. It is the same here. Of course they protected the mother of this Child, they want to keep their jobs! It truely makes me ill! Time to take back what is ours, our lives!

Even though this happened in Ireland, the same judicial idiocy happens here too.
I wonder if the sex of the victim had been female would this moron perched on a bench have done something different against the perp? Probably so.
It seems we have more to fear from the tyrannical bastards in black robes than we ever had to fear from anyone wearing a white one. We have got to start holding these cretins responsible for their decisions.

there is the letter of the law, and there is the intent of the law. The intent is decided by the ruling powers. By ruling with the current intent it is argued that they are only trying to keep their jobs, so to did the nazis, and many others that have helped oppress others for their own benifit. To hell with them and their jobs! They waste our tax dollars arguing on how to screw us and to what degree. We pay on so many levels already, it is time to turn the tide. "It is a good day to die!" Black and white robes party together, fear them both!

They even go to the extreme of not publishing the abuser's name to protect the child. Do they decie to not publish men's under the same rule?? to save the child??? Bullshit. That what it is.
