I wanted to hear more (Score:2) by Clancy (long_ponytail@yahoo.com) on 12:53 PM October 27th, 2005 EST (#1) I guess it's the nature of this particular news outlet to make the stories succinct. The passage at the end sounded as if the statistic it was revealing was implausible. It reminded me of a news broadcaster that just finished reading a damning story to the TV audience. Finally, he reads the last sentence, the only part that he disagrees with, so fast and so unintelligible that you are left asking, "What the hell did he just say?”
