... the mother was arrested too. Of course, he spent his time in jail while she was released on bond. It's just too bad things have come to this, and these days I guess parents need to be mindful that stuff like this could happen. I remember taking pictures of my kids in the bathtub-- hope nobody turns me in....of course one could chalk this up to something that could only happen in North Carolina which is the mythical home of Mayberry of Andy Griffith fame. Sometimes North Carolina makes the backwoods of West Virginia look like a "Think Tank".

I had a key manager distribute photos of his naked baby a couple of weeks back.
It also occures to me that men do not believe that they are under an all out attack by Marxist-Feminist.
Now I'm considering turning in the photos to the police......
In my opinion, the men I work with need to find out that these false allegations really do happen....
I also must consider that managers get special preferential treatment and always get off for serious wrong doing.
What do you guys think?

Not a good idea at all. There are better ways of educating the public about the psycho dangers of feminism.
Don't lower yourself to anything even remotely resembling the behavior of the hatefully bigoted, politically correct, gender feminist thought police.

There is a difference between proud parents and pedophiles. Everyone knows this. It's common sense. This story just shows the level of damage that the PC lobby has done to Western society.
The same thing happened to a TV news anchorwoman in the UK a few years ago. I think it was Carol Barnes. She took her baby bath photos to the local store to get them processed. Some meddling fool in the lab decided they were child porn and called the police. Thankfully she was acquitted. As if a real pedophile would take their film down to a high street chain store to get it processed. This witchhunt has got to stop.

I agree. However, the real fool was whoever permitted this case to even be prosecuted. In addition, it includes those fools who passed the laws that would permit such a prosecution.
Worse, with our new VAWA law going into affect, it is quite realistic that this male should be prosecuted.
Remember, he distributed the naked baby photo publicly at work by email and this is a manager.
Clearly, if I did the same thing there is little doubt but that I would have been fired and prosecuted by our human resources (a Marxist-Feminist) director.
So, yes. I am seriously considering making an anonymous report to California Child Protective Services for several reasons:
1) Employees should be treated on an equal basis with the managers.
2) The Marxist-Feminists do have that power to destroy my personal life for such an offence at work, and I would be sent to jail.
3) The photo could resurface several years down the road and damage the child if the PC crowd will most likely make such a photo very damaging by changing our cultural norms. They have almost total control of our schools and media now.
4) This is the type of PC that I must deal with as an employee.
5) CA is a socialist state where men are hated by feminists.
6) If a woman were to publicly publish such a photo, there would be no possibility of criminal charges.
So, is it really a witch-hunt when our American Legislature is passing VAWA with language that will send males to jail for this act?
The real witch-hunt is in the American Legislature that is taking the word of Marxist-Feminists as Holy Scripture.
Finally, men and women could stop this law but they choose not to take any action. They know about it and ignore it. That is tacit consent.
For these reasons, I believe radical action is in order to demonstrate the corruption of American laws.
This is much like 911'ing a woman in public that assault males. Everybody thinks males should take the assaults. Then when the male breaks and he finally defends himself he is sent to jail as a dominant aggressor.
