"The fathers rights groups operate in as a secret society that say one thing but do another,"
==================================================
Duh, I guess this person has never been to men's activism.
No secrets here lady. Men have rights too. Get used to it. Obviously you are used to having your way and don't like the fact that men are speaking up about the abuses in family law, and men are also speaking up for all men's issues.
As far as saying one thing and doing another that is simply bunk. What you are really saying is that men are no longer doing what women are saying, but instead are asserting their rights. I have some very sincere, heart felt advice for you, "GET USED TO IT!"
Sincerely, Ray

the idea is that if women can't be drafted, they shouldn't vote.

yeah, there was an article on men's news daily that implied something similar:
http://mensnewsdaily.com/archive/a-e/bowman/bowman 051602.htm
the article is called "second thoughts on women's suffrage" and implies that women have no place dealing in foreign affairs.

It proves your point so easily without all that messy research, or gasp, actually having to revise a position.
"the idea is that if women can't be drafted, they shouldn't vote."
Now that just isn't the point they were trying to make at all, this looks much better:
"the idea is that women, they shouldn't vote.
Or maybe take a few necessary gramatical points:
"Idea: women shouldn't vote."
I don't consider it as much of a far-right extremist point, probably just sometime to enrage feminists and make them think about the draft. Though it doesn't quite meld with how men who try to avoid the draft are treated - maybe they just be ineligible for federal student aid, in many states not be able to have driver's licenses, and have to pay the fine out of pocket. Then we'd hear some squawking.

Men already are forced to sign up to selective service or they are ineligable for financial aid. No feminist who claims to be for equality has squawked about that, as for as I know. Most guys know it's bullshit, but they're socialized not to do anything about their rights as men.

The emerging feminist facism is really getting hard to stomach. Oprah has taught the new facists that they can say or do anything they want and that they will be in no way held accountable. I have been to quite a few Men's advocacy websites and I haven't seen a single reference to what this professional victim states she saw. Most of the sites that I have been to have instead exhibited a much more positive focus. They all have focused on leveling a legal playing field that is completely female-biased. I have spent many an hour listening to friends recount how they could not get custody of their kids in a divorce because the legal system automatically assumes that the mother is the better parent. Even in cases where there was clear, documented abuse by the mother and none by the father! Is there any website that rates the states based on whether they subscribe to the new facism or if their legal systems actually give men even the slightest chance? I can tell you from personal experience that the states of Texas and Colorado are definitely pro-feminst facist. Perhaps we should implement this so that men will know where to file for divorce.

I posted a long overview of what the men's movement is really about. I put up some stats and where I got the info. I did so in a caring way that in no way was pushy or confrontational. Hopefully a few will at least look at the info and file it away. What would be great if even one person e-mails me to ask for more info.
Most likely it will be deleted as soon as the admins read it!

I'm jealous... the Z28 (modified ;)) is off the road (I miss her) and I'm driving my Subaru. It might go 110 but it takes a lot longer than 11 seconds to get there... it does go a lot better in the snow though. Dave K - A Radical Moderate

I believe that the percentage of men killed in war and ruined physically, emotionally, and economically by military service over the last 10,000 years is highly disproportionate in comparison to women. I believe that the percentage of men who have toiled endlessly long hours on farms, in offices, and in industry in order to support women directly or indirectly over the last 10,000 years is highly disproportionate to women.
Therefore, since women are interested in equity and justice, justice and equity demands that for the next 10,000 years, there should be a women's only military draft and that men, either directly or indirectly, should be supported by women.
Further, men should have the vote too, affirmative action (even preferential treatment in employment and otherwise against returning women war veterans), and claim to be "victimized."
Anyone that dares that men should not have the vote under such circumstances is a "political radical." C.V. Compton Shaw

I read this women's posts and the replies. The first thing I noticed is that she is using the whole drama without facts scheme. She puts out a blanket statement of how there is "reverse discrimination" in the courts (ummm, wouldn't that imply if not state that there IS discrimination) and then makes men asking to be with their children a BAD influence. And she doesn't make the correlation connect.
Ok ok ok ... wait... I am not explaining well.
Typical pheminist alarmist tactic is to:
1) state a factoid (fathers are gaining their voice) as a BAD thing. (to a pheminist fair is unfair)
2) then name terrible crimes (rape, abuse, molestation) and paint ALL fathers with that brush as she makes active fathering intrusive, disruptive, and anti-female. (what ever the man is doing is anti-female)
3) make broad statements using factoids, conjecture, nebulous claims, and just plain horsesh*t but ... surprise surprise ... never provide the study, proof, or RAW DATA and WHERE IT CAME FROM and WHO FUNDED IT. (so what if men say x,y, & z ... "for thousands of years" or "we all know" or "men want us back in the stone age")
I mean, I was ticked and not a happy camper when I read her bullsh*t (forget the face cream, that's beneath me) but then I realized how EASY it was to disprove what she had to say. She doesn't even NAME ONE GROUP or ONE SITE. NOT ONE. I looked. I looked for links. I explored her site. She gives anecdotal evidence (lolol, like the dudes here couldn't do the same .. and THIS is her evidence ...) and then goes on and on with broad sweeping statements. To be honest I am not sure if I keep snickering because a) I am blond and crack myself up 2) the stress of my day is bleeding off 3) or Contestant #3 is a neo-maxi-zoon-dweebie who makes WOMEN look bad not men. Sorry, but I can't write my best when wiping my eyes laughing.
Hey, lets have some fun. Everyone here pick a subject on her board and lets pull her chain a bit. I don't mean be crude, or get into a debate, or even monitor it after we leave our mark, nahhhhh ... lets just toss a few kisses to cupcake and wish her the best. "Nothin but love for ya toots" .... LMAO. I REALLY have to switch to decaf at work.
Ok ok ... anyways WAY TO GO to BISCUIT QUEEN our very own EYE-TALION STALIONette. That's right pheminazi wanabe's with your Dworkin Decoder Dehuminizer Ring ... mess with us ... and we sic our women on ya ...
MUAHAHAHHAHHAHAHA (hey, look at what women did to us!)
