Trudy W Schuett writes "First, I'd like to thank everyone for the many kind posts in support of my little project. I've had many equally-lovely msgs at my e-mail, as well. Please forgive me if I don't answer you all personally -- there are so many, and as you can imagine, this is a very busy time here at the desert outpost, as I'm still just one person! ;>)
I've written up a basic how-to at the blog, which will give some insight you into how I went about Phase One of what I'm calling "The Attorney General Project."
There are no secrets here, so don't be concerned that the opposition can or will attempt to use this against us. Because it is all based on demonstrable fact, and truth, it's not anything they can even challenge effectively. As you know, the domestic violence industry is based on smoke and mirrors, and as more of us who are determined that the truth be known embark on small projects here and there, the truth will out.
Something that is less well-known is that in some states (AZ especially) DV services are withdrawing from their state chapters of NCADV. The public statements made by the groups withdrawing suggest an ideological disagreement. If anyone hears about this kind of thing happening in your own state, please let me know! I will be addressing this as soon as I can."

Trudy:
Your words are a blessing and an encouragement. It is so important that we are supportive of each other as we undertake the "long haul" of getting our lives and our laws back to common sense and away from the militant feminist's deviltry.
We guys are not so good at being supportive to each other so the kindness you extend to each and everyone of us is appreciated so much more than you can ever imagine.
My personal "gas tank" has jumped up at least a qaurter tank after reading your words. That may not seem like much, but when you consider how often many of us are just "running on the fumes" and staring at that big "E" it truly is a lifeline that helps many of us get to the next rest stop and gas station. Thank you, again.
Sincerely, Ray

Thanks, Truddy, for posting your legal strategy and the protocol for filing a "fraud" suit on your execellent blog site.
It suggests that "fraud" as a legal construct is particularly focused on CHARITABLE organizations and/or "consumer" issues.
That appears to leave little utility in the legal arena for suing DV so-called "treatment" providers -- most of which are private, for-profit, "counseling" firms -- under this particular legal argument.
I'm interested in any and all suggestions that would support a lawsuit against this "invisible gestapo" squad of the DV Industry... as they seem presently to occupy a "gray zone" of unaccountability to anyone, yet they profit from state-sanctioned gender-fascism that views DV as a male-perpetrator only issue.
The DV "counselors" and "psycho-dynamic-educational" gendarmes are the second tier of systemic abuse and assault against men...
"grocery clerks sent by errand boys..." (Brando, Apocalypse Now)
Until the DV "treatment regime" cesspool of gender terrorism is "terminated... with extreme prejudice...", the feminists' profit engine will continue on its successful roll...
