Apparently the misandry of the "justice" system in Massachusetts is sinking-in among males. These young men were at least smart enough to bring along the camera, a practice that I've been hearing of in these cases more and more. I don't know if their intent is to cover their asses or save the tapes for later "enjoyment," but the result is the same.
I was angered by the girl's mother's attitude near the bottom of the article. She doesn't think for a minute that her daughter is in any way in the wrong here.
This woman ought to be horrified about 1) her daughter's apparent promiscuity, and 2) her daughter's intent on delivering false charges. No father was mentioned, by the way. Wanna bet that this is the fruit of a single-mother household?

Men should be doing this more and more. Failure to record a sexual encounter with a female is extremely risky behavior, given the false accusations that plague this nation.

The feminine concept of spontaneous romance is just the females excuse for her irresponsibility, and subsequent vicious fraudulent accusations of rape, and victimization: "I didn't really want to... He made me do it... I didn't know what I was doing... He pressured me so much... I had to please him... I didn't know what else to do..., etc., etc., etc., ad infinitum."
Our feminist controlled system so intently teaches female irresponsibility (choice) that many of these mentally unstable creatures buy into their eternal victimhood status lock, stock, and barrel. Even when they know their own minds and make a commitment of involvement with a man, these squirrels are just in it for what's in it for them (first for the moment of passion and latter for the money).
I would say that "Modern Feminism" is the oldest profession known to man, but I don't want to insult the whores, who clearly display far more ethical behavior in charging for their intimate encounters, than these feminazi mercenaries.

No we should not give a shit about her "promiscuity" its none of our business who and how many people she fucks.
This is more than half the problem because I can tell you first hand these whores will send a guy to the chamber to protect their reputation.
I bet the girl told her friend and her friend said she was a slut then it all got turned around into a 'rape' scenario.
Women are out there fucking just as much as the guys but they still have the stigma of being snow white and its bullshit. If its not because she was caught cheating on her boyfriend its because she doesn't want to look like a slut or both.
God I hope they don't give themselves a headache trying to figure out if they should charge her or not.
By the way, what a brilliant actor if she is able to laugh and play around while being petrified with fear.
We know the scenario here. Girl tells friend. Friend thinks maybe she should call the police because Girl would rather be a 'rape victim' than a 'slut'. The cops come the Girl is overwhelmed tells her bullshit story, video tells it like it is.
Those guys were probably spreading it around what they did.
Its all about the reputation.

...Having been a victim of false abuse charges, the system has no regard for truth anymore. If a woman says she is a victim that is all that counts.
I say that when false charges are brought to light, the same sentence that the defendant did (or faced) should be placed on that person.
With rampant 'victim advocacy' - there is no accountability for lies anymore...

Nahhhh! That can't be true. Femitwits have been telling us for sometime now that women and children never ever lie about sexual assault especially when the accused is a man.
I think the actor Rob Lowe got out of a statutory rape charge in Georgia by video taping the trist.
This was a few years ago but it just proves the old adage that "a single picture is worth a thousand words."
All rape laws should be reviewed and men convicted should have their cases throughly reviewed and have any DNA evidence tested!
Rape is the most over rated crime in America today and should be reevaluated. And as a yardstick for judging the severity of the crime just use the examples of justice given to the ever growing number of adult women who statutorily rape younger males. Ten lashes with a wet noodle and counseling?

There's a side to this that nobody has considered.
Here's a what if?
What if this girl was indeed a willing participant and she was (as I think likely) pressured into making an accusation?
The kind of sex in which she was engaging is the most taboo sex imagineable. While she enjoyed the sex, I imagine that in some way her involvement was revealed and Mom found out. (That involvement was probably revealed simply through gossip. News of this sort of sex travels fast.) Mom would want to throttle daughter. Daughter has choice of (1) taking the fall herself and getting her butt kicked, or (2) walking down to the police station with Mom.
Daugther probably wasn't happy with this result but probably saw herself as having no choice.
I think that this "what if" is probably the case. I don't think I can comment on how this affects one's political view. In the pre-feminist era the hysteria attached to the sex might have been less.

The girl said she would send her son to jail if he was a rapist.
Normally when this happens there is no video, and then the boys would have lost everything-their lives, their friends, their reputation, and even the love of their family.

Here's a what if?
The motive or rationale behind her claim is utterly irrelevant given that it was false. It is not a mitigating factor whatsoever that she might have been a bit worried about "taking the fall herself and getting her butt kicked".
3 males would have possibly gone to jail for a long time had she been successful. In that context, the law should be applied to its full extent with regard to perjury, and failing that, 3 individual civil cases brought.
