"In fact, the article went on to include much of the information from Warren Farrell's new book "Why Men Earn More" and did a decent job of fairly presenting the "other" side of the issue. A good sign that the truth is starting to come out."
I'm working on a big new sign that will say,
REJECT
WOMEN'S STUDIES
PREJUDICES
A lot of this garbage information started in women's studies propaganda mills. I hope those words will embolden more folks to be objective about the mis(ms)-information coming out of gender feminist man-hating sessions.

OK, the bottom line seems to be quit whining, and make life sacrifices as Men have to, to be a high paid puppet. But most womyn don't want to sacrifice their lives for their carreer. So they just complain and whine to get their way. Interesting as well that Women that do sacrifice their lives for their carreer make 117% of a Mans wages. Perhaps Men should understand that when a Women does sacrifce their life for their job that they are compensated more than Men are. The "wage gap" in general in this day and age just reflects the physiological difference between Men and Women, and the resulting life choices made by both during their carreer. Oops, that definately isn't PC, we are supposed to be exactly the same, instead of EQUAL under the law. What a bunch of hog wash! "It is a good day to die!"

that women still are paid 70% of what men are paid for "comparable work" in the Dallas newspaper on 4/25/2006.
So for every claim of parity, there is the claim of inequality.
My HR person told me directly, that "there are many reasons why someone would not be paid the same, including, unreliability, lack of commitment to the company, doesnt sign up for special projects, won't travel, seniority, and quality..." when I asked her specifically why there would be differences. Then she went on to state, "it is against the law to pay anyone based on gender". She knows the law and tells why there are differences.

But...
Did you ask your HR person (herein after referred to as 'she') whether or not she had participated in supporting 'Take our Daughters to Work' day? All the posters and recruitment efforts directed towards women?
