Catherine MacKinnon: "Are Women Human?"

	AngryMan writes "A UK Guardian journalist interviews Catherine MacKinnon about her new book Are Women Human?. MacKinnon thinks that a woman's act of giving consent to sex is not relevant, because sexual inequality os so all-pervasive that she does not have the power to give consent in a meaningful way. Therefore, all heterosexual sex is rape "in a certain structural sense". In other words, women, like children, are not capable of making their own decisions."

One good thing about this new century is that most people of both sexes now see her and people like her for what they are: hate-mongering opportunists and/or just plain nuts. Alas she actually had some legal influence in the 80s and so did some serious damage.

She feels no empathy towards any other human being, she views all people as objects to be manipulated, and she cannot be cured by any therapy or experience. She is impervious to rational thought, and inhabits a psychological hall of mirrors that demands that she never confronts her true self. I could be wrong. But she will never be.

How can she possibly interact with men AT ALL? It is this kind of thinking that leads some women to be homosexuals. In this woman's mind, there really is no other choice. Fortunately, this is a genetic dead end. Her refusal to accept 'the natural order' leads her soul to endless turmoil.
