Inequality Marc A writes "The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission just filed a class action lawsuit against Lawry’s Restaurants, Inc., dba Lawry’s The Prime Rib, Five Crowns, and the Tam O’Shanter Inn, on behalf of male applicants who were systematically rejected for hire as food servers due to their gender. let's see... how long before guys that work stock and cant work register will 'get it'?

waiter and waitress are not the only places this happens. of course such analysis and not letting business owners hire who they want adversly affects business in two ways. reduced productivity and sales due to less satisfied customers, AND increased liability for lawsuits. whats the pay off? well, people that arent right for the job, but want it, get it (the rest pay for the difference - of course this breeds tolerance, brotherly love, and honesty).

want to fly internationally? well, no one really wants airlines from america as much as others. why? because you have attendents that everyone likes.

given how the laws were written neutrally, but the design was to force them to be applied assymetrically to hide injustice, its only fitting that pressure cant be maintained forever, and that when applied they are seen for the awful idea that they were for BOTH. however, the girls will be flummoxed as to how it can be this way.

so if you work for a supermarket, department store, and more... you now have grounds to sue becasue you have to wear gloves and work the frozen foods and carry heavy boxes, when you applied for a register position. is it fair that all registers are manned by women?

in fact, i hope a smart lawyer gets up and starts a class action lawsuit againt dozens of chains at once for decades of discrimination!!

walmart, cosco, sears, kmart, bloomingdales, trade faire, ctown, and more. each one can easily be shown to have never ever given equitable treatment to men.

get their job placements for the past 10 or 20 years and i can show a systematic program of putting women forward as checkout girls and putting men in back to do the heavy lifting and take the risks unto themselves by moving stock.

there is no such thing anymore as to saying the men are stronger so lets use their comparative advantage. well the opposite is also true, you cant say the women are weaker, lets put them at the register.

i will say there is millions to be demonstrated that the numbers of check out men at these large corporations is hardly what they should be under current feminist sexism detection methods, the lack of parity in jobs.

if there are any lawyers that want to discuss the angles and such on this and other things send me a email. :)
