OK, we have a small victory. But there was a tape. Does anyone see the similarity to Wag The Dog? You know with Robert Deniro and Dustin Hoffman? Do you think that the propaganda machine that exists is beyond creating situations that help fuel the gender wars? I don't. "It is a good day to die!"

Want to bet that the sentence she gets for filing the false police report is less than the piddling marijuana charge. Her attempt to ruin the lives of a number of men is treated like a littering citation—afterall, the law considers men garbage.

I was falsely accused of rape. I could have spent ten years in jail. I spent a month and a half in jail and my name and the accusations were plastered all over the local paper and radio. My name is ruined. The charges were finally dropped when they proved the girl was lying. During the time I was in jail, the state of Washington paid the girl to testify against me(out of the "victims" compension fund). Believe me I was judged in the paper and radio as a vicious and heinous rapist.

If anyone needs any help sorting out a false accusation against them they have my sympathy and promise of help. Whatever I can do. Szabo614@msn.com

Wasn't there a law in WA State that was passed making the state liable for your damages in a situation like this? I thought I read about something like this in the paper. Sorry to hear about your situation Radioactive, it is oppressive.

Unfortunately, the state would only be liable for the month and a half spent in jail. This is nothing comparable to the damage done.

Hello David,

I explored legal action against the prosecutor for "malicious prosecution" and the local paper for liable. I did not have any money to pay a lawyer and one who promised to help me had to bow out because of other commitments. I do not know of the law you are talking about but if you can find it please let me know. The statute of limitations ran out for me after two years but I may be able to help someone else with your information.

But you know what, my divorce was much more painful than the agony and hell I went through worried that I would go to prison for a crime I did not commit.

take care,

Bill
