This Is Very Good News! (Score:2) by Luek on 06:17 PM November 8th, 2005 EST (#1) I think this is great! At least the jury didn't come back and say, "what this woman did was every middle-aged man's dream" or some other stupid misandric crap! Also, I thought that having something done to you sexually while you are unconscious, asleep, drunk or otherwise incapacitated were your consent was not able to be given was a felonious sexual battery? I guess it would have been if the man had glued the woman's vagina together while she was asleep! He would be looking a 20 plus years for sexual assault.
