Activists Sought For Roe V. Wade... for MEN
posted by Matt on 08:42 AM September 18th, 2005
Reproductive Rights Kingsley G. Morse Jr. writes "The U.S. Supreme Court legalized abortion in the famous case "Roe v. Wade".

Now the National Center for Men is preparing a similar case.... for men.

Men should also have a limited time to permanently accept, or decline, the rights and responsibilities of parenthood. No one knows how the case will turn out, but it has already attracted a plaintiff, funds, a TV network and lawyers. To donate money, or help send out press releases, email: activist-at-nationalcenterformen.org."

women have had the right to walk away from an unwanted prenancy for over 30 years. Men are entitled to the same capability.

If women can have the right to choose, then men must have the same right.

One of the larger reasons I became involved in the Men's Rights Movement has been the call for choice for men, so any movement on this topic (which to date has been fairly glacial) is a reason to celebrate.
