I was about to criticize the posting of this story, since the mere fact that women commit crimes is not (or should not be) news in itself.
What's appalling is that the newspaper seems to be doing everything it can to avoid mentioning that the abusers were girls, while at the same tme mentioning that the victim is a girl right at the beginning. They're obviously well aware of how casual readers just skim the opening paragraphs of stories they're not interested in, and know that if they mention the sex of the perpetrator down at the bottom, people won't notice.
This is one reason why that silly myth that "girls never do bad things" is still alive despire being complete nonsense.

I agree that females commiting crimes SHOULDN'T be news.
But it is. Especialy because the media often will NOT report violent females, as a general rule. And if they do report it it is usualy in the "ODDLY ENOUGH" catagory. They do this to make it seem "odd" or "un-ususal" when a female commits an act of violence.
They at times will report a story where a woman runs a man down with a car or cuts off his penis, because alot of them think that sort of thing is funny.
That's "our" media for you.
'Violent women' stories are often covered up by the media, there fore M.A.N.N. is one of the few places you will ever see these reports. That is why they should be posted here. They are not only information, they are amunition in the "gender war".
Thundercloud.

agreed. This is why I sent it in.
The media DOES slant gender related crimes against men/boys and at the same time holds women/girls to much fairer standard of reporting.
feminism does exist by controlling information...
