Why isn't the military fighting these laws? It can't be very effective, militarily, to have your soldiers distracted from their missions because they're wondering if their kids are being stolen out from under them.

This situation is appalling. The government is aiding and abetting the separation of men from their children. And it is adding to the injury with punitive fines ("child support") backed up with the threat of jail. Time for everyone to protest in any way that you can. The marriage strike is not enough.

Soldiers Unite . . . History reveals that it was the Soldiers & Sailors (just a handful at first), who felled the Tzar of Russia.

Whilst femisnist scream and shout about the Suffragettes and their fight for the vote (obtained in 1918) it is always overlooked that 'all' men did not get the vote in England until 1918 also. Indeed, what brought this about was a STRIKE by the military & civil groups - whilst War Waged . . . that brought the government to consider the demands of the men ! ! !

Where would the US government be today . . if the military went on STRIKE ? ? ?

I suspect the hateful bigots who run our government would just castigate the accused men as usual. How dare the slaves revolt! Crucify them! The only thing that has changed for the time of Spartacus is that males are now considered the "official" slave class, and jails have replaced crucifixion as the preferred punishment for rebelious slaves.
