This is another example the power of feminism when exported to poor countries. When a poor country adopts or is forced to adopt femborg practices and laws, the potential for corruption is endless. Add to the mix underpaid police and a justice system new to due process and suddenly for the everyday man ordinary women rule the roost.
As for the extortion, it's miraculous that this scam hasn't been tried more often given the circumstances. Maybe it has.

groups are hoping that Veneman will carrying through badly needed reforms
in the organization that she inherits, steering UNICEF away from a radical
feminist agenda and returning it to a focus on child survival.
Veneman replaces Carol Bellamy, who was first nominated by President
Clinton in 1995. Under Bellamy, UNICEF became involved in controversial
programs, including sexual education for children that encourage sexual
promiscuity, promote the rights of women and girls from a feminist
perspective,..."

A woman using false rape allegations to extort _$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$?
What a big surprise! Must be the very first incident of a false rape claim ever recorded in the history of the world!
I didn't know Kate Faber had an evil twin in South
Africa.
