Gee, what kind of defense will she have? (Score:1)

Where are those "mentally distraught" and/or "the boyfriend made her do it" defenses when you need them? Sadly, this could end up another classic case of a woman not receiving equal punishment to a man for committing the exact same crime. And since she's pregnant, expect more special treatment and pampering.

If the Washington Post were anything other than a feminist propaganda rag they'd be doing a 30 part series about all the children who are battered and killed by their Mothers.

The father is totally innocent, and in fact a victim of this crime. Then why did the state take custody of the kids instead of giving them to the father?

I suppose that means that if moms is homicidal or psychotic, then the man is a bad father? What's going on?

Why isn't this tragic case not reported as extreme Domestic Violence?

I get the impression that it is being spun by the media as a negligent homicide or a pre or post partem depression flip out due to past and present pregnancies. Six kids and one in the oven!In other words, "the male dominated medical community failed another sick mother, ergo: she is not responsible."

Yeah it's ever so much fun. Nothing like crying over a dog food commercial because it was *that time of the month*, you know. But, estrogen does NOT excuse murder. Hormones don't commit murders. Evil people who should be on death row commit murders; like that bitch who is being treated with all the chivalry and profeminist support one woman could have.

Glenn Sacks really hits it on the head with his repeated "Woman Good - Man Bad" line. According to feminist doctrine "Patriarchy" is an entrenched system of male dominance that unfairly benefits all males, but I have a really, really hard time buying that gender feminist myth. There are literally thousands and thousands of examples where the "Patriarchy" is horribly tougher on men, and unfairly chivalrous towards females. It appears this case is yet another example. I correct myself, "In our biased family law system alone, there are thousands of examples chivalrous prejudice excusing female criminality. In our biased criminal law system there are additionally many thousands of examples more.
