...there's a chance she may actually do some jail time since the "victim" is also female.
Had she beat on a boy, she would probably just get probation, if even that.
And yeah, maybe we SHOULD have a "violent female" catagory. If these violent acts were being committed by men, the news media would have coverage out their @$$es about it. But because the violent perps are FEMALE they fall under the hush, hush catagory, in the news.

The judge will probably issue a bench warrent in the case. (disclosure: not a legal expert)
But failure to show up for court CAN be taken quite seriously.

Look at the poll on the website. Chances are if she shows up to court, and has a jury trial she will go free seeing as 57% of those whom answered the web poll believe her.
