Did I read this wrong? I don't see it saying The Court has yet refused DCSS' request to depublish Navarro. The Supreme Court extended the time to submit amicus letters until about 10/28, with regard to DCSS' request to depublish. So I don't see how the decision could have come out already. This decision probably won't come out for a while. Maybe I read wrong, since I'm tired. But I think this is a misunderstanding here, though I wish it were true and hope it does come true.

Their actions speak volumes....
They are perfectly happy to be complicit in paternity fraud, and wish to continue doing so. It's all about $$, and they don't even care if they obtain those dollars by fraud. Nor is it possible for the defrauded to get returned to them what was wrongfully taken under threat of force. It's hard to believe such a completely repugnant system is allowed to stand, but then they are trying to wrap it in a veil of secrecy like the rest of the process, and who can blame them? If I was doing something so vile & evil I wouldn't want the world to know either.

Are you kidding? :-) This story is GREAT...a bureaucracy that sustains itself by doing something so illegal it boggles common sense. It responds to a court ruling that it's actions are unconstitional...by asking the court NOT TO TELL ANYBODY. It's so ridiculous it's funny. Why would the court that made the ruling discount the validity of its own rulings by refusing to publish them, just because somebody asks them to?
