First, it's a nasty abuse of use doctor-patient confidentiality. What woman isn't going to gripe about her partner shortly after giving birth? I'm betting this is going to produce a whole slew of "I didn't mean that!" cases.

Second, way to take a respected profession and turn them into spies! Homeland Security in the US tried to turn the Postal Service into a network of informants and got told flatly 'No'. Doctors have enough burdens on them already.

Third, nice assumption that violence is entirely performed by males on females. Especially during the hormonal roller-coaster that is pregneancy. Nice grind in that the Get-Out-Of-Jail-Free pass that is pregneancy is being extended after the birth too.

If the country's working correctly, then the government shouldn't have to order people to be informants. If a person thinks something bad is happening, they will report it of their own volition, not because they were forced to.

This practice already exist in the US. Last year my wife gave birth to twin boys; I was there for every step of their coming into the world. When I left the hospital to change my clothes the hospital staff put the screws to my wife. Questions were asked like are you afraid to go home? Do you fear for your safety? Do think that your husband will hurt the children or you? When my wife told me I was livid but I kept my cool. Didn't want to give them a reason to further intrude in our lives. This was not the work of some rogue nurse, according to my wife they approached with forms to sign off on and in a pack of three. This was obviously hospital policy for new mothers.

It like living in a Nazi country. In fact we are living in a Nazi country. Under radical/gender feminism, America has become The Nazi States of America for all men. America is no longer free for any male.

If I were a woman, and three nurses came up to me after I had given birth, and asked me questions like that, I would spit in their face and tell them to crawl out of my sight like the vermit they are. Disgusting!

At the very least they should also pull the man aside and ask if it's possible that he is a victim of paternity fraud. Inform him how he can get a blood or DNA test, and make sure he is aware of the window for challenging his legal paternity.

"Fair is fair" only applies to women and girls under our Radical Gender Feminazi Reich. Sadly, Men and boys don't fit into the equation :-(

Remember, true gender/sex equality, common sense, rationale, intelligence, logic, and "justice for all" are the very enemies of Feminism.

Ironically, I believe that in states such as California, hospital personnel pull you aside and have you sign forms saying you assume all responsibility for the baby so even if your not the Father, paternity fraud will be much harder to pin on a scamming, cheating, defrauding mother.

Did I say California? Honestly, the state should change its name to Nazifornia for the collosion of state lawmakers with the facism inherent in radical/gender feminist ideology.

One in four women will be hit by her partner at some time in her life and victims tend to suffer repeated attacks — on average 35 — before seeking help.

The same, if not worse, is men's experience. Except men getting slapped in the face or kicked in the groin doesn't matter. But if a man does that to a woman, he's an evil monster, and sent to jail with no trial.

In this government crackdown on Domestic Violence, it seems bias, indeed bigotry is to be the governing principle, and the poor excuse for balanced journalism simply hangs on to its coat tails.

Women's Aid in Britain has recently been awarded £22.9 million by the government for further refuge provission, whereas the usual Zilch has been afforded to men. Just exactly when, if ever, can we begin to see a more balanced approach ?
