Positive CNN Article on Custody Reform

News Dave K writes "Shocked me to read it... It appears that some of the liberal media is realizing that this is a subject that is going to be addressed... irregardless of how much they try to ignore it. Lawsuits accross all 50 states is something I would certainly consider newsworthy."

Lawsuits monoplozing the Civil Law system on the grounds of custody fraud should definitely get the attention of the media outlets even if they are in the vice-grip of Feminists.

Behold!....The Feminist Glass Ceiling of Censorship is Breaking! Is the Iron Curtain of Gynarchy eroding away?!

By the way 'irregardless' is NOT a word. It's redundant and an error in etymology. Just as reinterate is not a word either. Interate comes from a Latin word that ALREADY means 'to do again'. So please do NOT use words like 'irregardless' or 'reinterate'.

People will do anything to discredit the movement and they'll gladly take shots at some of our poor grammar and linguistics.

If the best they can manage is a geek quality etymological critique of our ideas then I'm not particularly worried. ;)

It's interesting that it's not considered acceptable... especially considering that it can be heard/read quite regularly in converstion, online and offline. Frankly I think it's at least as popular as regardless in normal use, and I can't wait for someone to try to ad hominim me on such a silly (and quite honestly... debatable) point, I'll have lots of fun eating their lunch.

(dictionary.com) Irregardless is a word that many mistakenly believe to be correct usage in formal style, when in fact it is used chiefly in nonstandard speech or casual writing. Coined in the United States in the early 20th century, it has met with a blizzard of condemnation for being an improper yoking of irrespective and regardless and for the logical absurdity of combining the negative ir- prefix and -less suffix in a single term. Although one might reasonably argue that it is no different from words with redundant affixes like debone and unravel, it has been considered a blunder for decades and will probably continue to be so.
