Sorry, I won't be writing tactful letters anytime soon about the domestic violence hate movement.

Is it tactful to lie about men?
Is it tactful to make false accusations against men?
Is it tactful to lie about the true nature of domestic violence?
Is it tactful to run a taxpayer funded hate movement targeting men?

No to all of the above. Come back when you'd like to organize a tactful letter writing campaign against the KKK, or women's studies programs.

No wonder so many men think SAFE is "out to lunch."

If we come out of the gates loaded for bear, spewing invective, no matter how justified it may be in some cases, people on the fence just may dismiss us as suffering from Angry White Male Syndrome. "Oh, just a bunch of men who are angry that women have rights and they're not allowed to beat up women anymore."

If a forceful, tactful letter-writing campaign does not work, THEN we'll break out the vitriol.

At what point does graciousness become an excuse for an acquiescence to evil? I will not sully my hands to write letters (tactful or otherwise) to such a bunch of scoundrels as those presently in charge of the domestic violence industry. Those are radical/gender feminist politicians who are conducting nothing less than a hate war against men based largely on scurrilous and false accusations of domestic violence against innocent men.

If any letters are written they should be written to elected representatives, asking that all taxpayers funding be cut off to hate groups like women's studies programs on college campuses, women’s commissions, the domestic violence industry, the sexual harassment industry, etc. How wonderful for the women's industries to have the support base of over 700 women's studies programs on college campuses to propagandize the entire college environment, and promote their anti-male enterprises like the domestic violence industry, the sexual harassment industry, the communist party, etc. through the thousands and thousands of classes they conduct. The "missionaries" from those classes are then sent out into your community and mine to spread "the gospel of man-hating." If those hate groups just existed in a vacuum on those campuses I wouldn’t be nearly so concerned, but they don’t. Like the societal cancer they are, they spread into uninfected areas of society and infect everyone’s life with their vile evil.

Do you think it is a coincidence that those in the domestic violence industry spew the femi-babble language of the women's studies majors with such clear mastery, or is that connection between the domestic violence industry and the women's studies (man-hating training camps) still not obvious to all?

The people in the domestic violence industry are content to “goose step” along on there hate filled way, and get verbally very “brown shirt” on anyone who tries to point out errors in their thinking (women’s ways of knowing), or select sanitized statistics. I don’t need the abuse of those hate mongers, but I will protest the man-hating lies they spread every chance I get as a male victim of domestic violence, and as a male victim of the man-hating, domestic violence industry.

Maybe while letters are tactfully being written, it could tactfully be pointed out how men have committed suicide, suffered horrible depression, and other pain and suffering as a result of the politicized, radical/gender feminist domestic violence agenda. Don’t be surprised if they say they don’t care about that. I’ve seen that response before from leaders in that group when that’s brought up. You see, in reality, the domestic violence industry is as much about battering “the evil privileged patriarchy,” and “putting them in their place,” as it is about anything.

I’d sooner try to pet a spitting cobra, than try to write tactful letters to the domestic violence industry, but if you want to have an honest letter writing campaign, that reveals to elected officials the horrors good men have suffered at the hands of this “evil” hate group, I would participate in that. In fact, I already have. Yes, I said “evil.” If anyone thinks “evil” is too strong a word, or does not apply to the domestic violence industry as it exists today, then we should just retire the word for having no meaning at all. “Evil” is in my estimation is the most accurate term, describing the efforts of the domestic violence industry as it has existed and functioned in our society.

Sincerely, Ray

From what I understand, we're NOT writing the bulk of these letters to DV centers, but rather to newspapers, magazines and other publications that mention DV. If one person sends letters, they might just dismiss the person as one lone lunatic. But if they get DOZENS...

Some people have to be the firebrands, others try to do the work of convincing those who are open-minded but skeptical.

It's all the same battle, just different roles to play.

But you're not facing a monolithic ''enemy''. This is a diverse group of people, some of whom are open-minded, others of whom are not. SAFE is reaching out to the open-minded folks who are justifiably skeptical of people who come across as women-bashing. Unfortunately, that's often how you come across. I agree with a lot of what you say, but still think you alienate me -- I wonder how many people who don't agree with you change their minds?
