Australia: Woman beats boy viciously, gets 4 months
posted by Matt on 07:31 PM September 11th, 2004
Inequality Proving once again that the phenomenon of women-are-innocent-even-when-proven-guilty spans the globe, this from Australia. She is found guilty yet sentenced to only four months in jail for doing what would have landed a man in jail for *years* had the genders been reversed.

Surely we've heard of sexual assault/molestation cases where the men are getting up to two-hundred years behind bars. Whereas women like this Aussie-b*tch gets off with a few months behind bars, probation, etc.

As always, she had to have been deeply mentally disturbed or dare I repeat *DRIVEN* some how by an "evil" male to commit these acts. *SHE* herself NEVER commits these acts upon her freewill, it's always the result of supposed abuse or "passion".

Funny. Feminists always preach that women should have the freewill to do this or that, and women are strong, independent survivors and *omnipotent goddesses* even, but when it comes to the criminal justice system of the West, *SHE* is ALWAYS some kind of helpless, persecuted damsel-in-distress and a sympathetic and unfortunate some mythical (and fanciful/ridiculous) tyrannical patriarchal phallic Man-god.

Hypocrisy anyone?

Of course. Feminists are actually some of the worst offenders to the esteem of women. The majority of people are of the opinion that women are capable, intelligent, and responsible. However, unlike this majority, feminists instantly change that to "helpless", "victims", "forced", "controlled" and "fragile" (usually a combination of the above) if it suits them, creating an annoying hypocrisy. While this effectively wins whatever fight the feminists are trying to win, it's overall negative and insulting to all females. The annoying part is, though, that all it proves is that feminists are incapable of being responsible for their actions committed while being independent, strong, and capable working women.

I notice that the headline calls the case 'bizarre'. Would such a word, which implies that this incident is somehow unusual and unexpected, be used if a man attacked and brutalised a girl in the same way? I think words like 'vicious', 'heinous', 'horrible' would be in there instead.

"Leishman had drug and alcohol problems at the time of the incident, had suffered domestic violence and had a troubled childhood, the court was told."

Mrs. Leishman, a mother, a wife, and the female perpetrator who committed aggravated battery and more against a boy... allegedly has "suffered..." and been "troubled..."

That's all that's required to get a feminist fellow-traveller male judge to let her off easy.

Any male committing these crimes would be doing years of hard time, regardless of his experiences of suffering and troubles, and every thinking person knows that's the truth about gender-biased "justice" in the developed "democracies" around the world.

Apparently being born female is a certified lifetime alibi for any acts of violence that a woman CHOOSES to commit.

I kind of wonder if she suffered her domestic violence while she was holding a baseball bat and using it to hit someone else?

and we do things differently here. One of the things we do differently is running our legal system. We don't have, for example the OJ Simpson Show, or The Kobe Bryant Debacle - or the Rodney King Farce. Neither do our cities burn or the people riot. Neither have we masturbating judges - at least not while on the bench! Neither do we legally hang, shoot, fry or poison people of either sex for whatever offense - or send people to gaol for 180 years - and lots of other things. We just don't do these things and we are proud of that. We just don't believe in sending people to prison and if we must, we prefer short sentences but don't shirk the hard decisions. Neither do we freak out about a ward-robe malfunction (think Miss Universe' skirt!)These are community values - respect them!
Neither is the case of which you read only a short heavily edited newspaper report as simple as it seems. There was an accomplice - a man, 22years old , who earlier had also pleaded guilty and got 6 months, fully suspended.(What? 6months? For such heinous etc... Was are these feminists up to now? ) Then there were the remarks by the judge that the boy had done nothing to deserve this punishment, but even if he had...she had no right etc. So maybe the rage of the mother, no matter how excessive or bizarre it may seem, had some foundation in reality - maybe she was protecting her daughter. We may never know, for the lad is 13 - protected by law. However it is possible that her sentence was influenced by this partial justification - provocation it is called - extenuating circumstance.
Then there is a raft of "man-friendly" Australian court decisions - a whole log of sexual assault/rape allegations against prominent sports men - almost all dismissed, many never came to trial. The few that did resulted in conviction got the customary short (by US standars, that is) "custodial" sentence. (Compare that to your Kobe Bryant Frenzy). Female serial infanticides have been put away for extended periods. Many women who murdered their husbands - or had them murdered, as is often the case - are now on the inside looking out. Shared custody is now expected; parental fraud is regularly exposed and punished. Recent workplace decisions have protected men's and particularly fathers' rights.
Many of these cases were argued by female barristers before female judges. And we could extend the list ad infinitum.
What is it with you guys? Not so long ago you saw reds under every bed, now you see feminists everywhere and behind every legal decision.
Feminists may be ruling the roost in the US - they certainly don't rule it here - although they would like to think so.
So, the next time you get stuck into the legal system of a friendly and foreign country - get your facts straight. Aim your barbs at your system for not having a similar attitude. Maybe more Americans - particularly men - would be free to walk the streets then. But not getting the facts straight is an American habit, isn't it?
Think Iraq!
In the meantime - get real or get therapy!

Neale,
It sounds like he's stepped on your patriotism more than anything else - personally I really like Australia. Your justice system probably is better than the USA's - it's not difficult after all - but that doesn't give you any reason to be so smug. If you have managed to keep feminists from dominating your public policy making process, then I applaud you, but don't rest on your laurels - It's still not too late.
