It is a Kafkaesque tale of a bitter divorce, vindictive spouse and a partner without a legal leg to stand on - but at least this one has a happy ending.

I read the entire article and still could not find the happy ending. The wife got the kids, I good chunk of the cash, and, with the help of the judge and our feminist friends, everything she set out to get. He merely survived. I guess that is a victory of sorts.

The really frightening part about this article and the one on the chaps in India is how successfully U.S. feminism has spread the misery all over the industrial world. One thing to note is that Taly Bron dates the introduction of really virulent feminism from the early 90s. That is right around the time of the passing of the VAWA, that multibillion-dollar feminist boondoggle. At least now we know they didn't spend all that money on steroids and estrogen suppressors; they took the show on the road. Even before the birth of NOW, about 1965 they expressed a desire to spread the word internationally. Nowadays they're even infecting the Third World.

To Hell and still THERE !

This is not a peculiar jewish problem - is it ?

In England, the law can be made only by parliament. It imposes strict prescriptions upon the judiciary, example:
1) No-one shall be made needlessly homeless.
2) No business shall be placed in jeopardy.

Despite the above, I was made homeless with only B&B or Hostel accommodation open to me, and, my businessess were crushed out of existence, leaving me without income.

Hold on, that is not all, for the fact is, I owned 8, yes Eight houses and 3 businesses, all of which werew lost on the back of False Accusations of DV - whereas, in truth, my wife was the 'only' violent person in our relationship. Therefore, my reason for electing the name Gang-banged, I have been forcibly and violently buggered . . . repeatedly . . . by none other than the LAW, its corrupt judiciary and fraudulent lawyers, and a police force that refuses to investigate Perjury, and elected representatives - who will not represent ! ! !

Welcome to England.

If the feminist trained police spent as much time looking for real evidence of domestic violence as the do destroying evidence, and fabricating evidence (to fit their profiling prejudices), then there wouldn't so many innocent men having their lives destroyed by and epidemic of false accusations. False accusations are a byproduct of misandric laws created by the feminazi trained man-hating nations of England, America, Canada, Australia, Israel, India, etc., etc., etc.

The feminist movement has become one of the great hate movements of all time, insidiously destroying the lives of innocent men based on nothing more than a sexist ideology founded in the vilest of prejudice.

Move over Hitler, Osama, Sadaam, etc. you've got radical/gender feminist competition in your historical status as all time most infamous devils.

...and to think it all starts in taxpayer funded women's studies programs on college campuses.

Early 90s seems to be the time all over the world hunchback . Pretty much the time when the war against whatever was wrong earlier in the world had been won . But the funding by corporations was there and a good career could be made out .So started the wholesale demonisation of decent men. I have observed a tredn that there was a lot of very valid opposition to new kind of feminism in early 90s till 1996-1997 all over. But then this opposition was effectively nuetralised mainly because it was of individuals trying to use Judiciary and felt that Public interest Litigation ( Social Action litigation). The judiciary is a prisoner of the current toughts and hence it did not succeed. However I think this time there is a qualitative change because humans are now willing to fight lot more by incolving a far more larger section of society and make them aware. I am optimistic that next 2-4 years will see the pendulum coming back to a more equitable position because it is now being involving a larger set of people .Fathers 4 justice , Glenn sacks campaigns have shown that rollback towards equality has already started. It needs a bit more sustained pressure and equality will prevail

"In my opinion, over 90 percent of complaints about violence in the family are fabricated. Of up to 10,000 requests for eviction orders [against men] every year, about 75% are accepted - and the number is steadily increasing. Until the early '90s, this didn't happen. There's no such phenomenon anywhere else in the world. This is the only country that does not set alimony payments according to one's ability to pay"

Well actually, it is the same problem throughout the entire Western world and is definitely speading to the 3rd world.

"Women routinely lie in court. They falsely claim that their husbands hit them in order to get a greater cut of the household, then one day, out of the blue, he comes home to an eviction order, and sometimes waiting policemen."

Yea, that's all due to Feminzi law. Maybe one day we'll have a holocaust museum to document the evil caused by that too. No disrespect intended, but no one will ever know for sure the cost in human lives, pain, and suffering attributable to atrocities commited against humans (mostly men) by Feminazis. How ironic that they should be working their evil in of all places Israel. I did read that Israel has the severest sexual harassment laws in the world, even accepting complaints of sexual harassment from public places.

In Israel, talking and even just looking at
women in public places called "sexual harrassment". In the Army it's even worse:
Male soldier that get too close to female
soldier (less than meter) - automatically
it's called "sexual harrassment"! Female
soldiers are allowed to go wherever they want
including men quarters the bathrooms.

Women can go into men's quarters and bathrooms, but a woman is sexual harrassed if a man stands closer than three feet away!!!

In terms of feminazi oppression, I guess that makes Israel the winner.

I remember ads in major media last fall saying "1 in 4 women are victims of domestic violence." Amnesty International is running a campaign to "raise awareness" about violence against women. No mention of violence against men in either instance. Merely anti-male hate campaigns? Sure seems like it to me.

Women routinely lie in court. They falsely claim that their husbands hit them in order to get a greater cut of the household, then one day, out of the blue, he comes home to an eviction order, and sometimes waiting policemen.

That women lie about rape, lie about domestic violence, and lie about anything to gain an advantage isn't news to anyone who considers women to be actual human beings (say, as opposed to dolls or angels).

The difference is that women have a huge incentive to do this. Men get no protection from court procedure, constitutional rights, human rights, etc. This has to change.
