News seattleshark writes "I'm not really trying to inflame everyone here, but this story is almost unbelievable. Also, I challenge ANYONE that reads this site to find a similar story involving a father doing the same, and being treated the same.

May justice have mercy on your maleness."

She stabbed her daughter, did the whole "it's not me, it's [woman only defense]", got 3 years in a psych hospital, gets out, violates the contact order, and is not jailed.

Any man who has had a restraining order for "I'm afraid" does go to jail if he violates it.

She murdered her own child, got a sweetheart "sentence" (what a euphemism), violates her restraining order and gets a "don't do that again" from the judge.

I'd like her to be sold into slavery and made to clean up pig shit for the rest of her life.

But, that's me.

But thats the impression I get, they are treated with kid gloves and the courts do not hold them to the same standards as men. What does it take, for her to murder again. Just think about the three strikes rule in NYS, petty thieves are getting 25 years!!!!!!!!!!!!

Several years ago before all this fuss about not holding women to any standards where children are concerned, there was a woman with 2 dead babies already (Macon, Ga I believe) They had to restrain the oldest to send her back home with mom where she too was found dead the next morning, accidentally, of course. 80% of documented child abuse (says US Gov't) is done by women. Yet they only do 1/2 to 1/3 the time, if convicted at all. Equity, truth, justice, fairness, etc. are words that need to be stricken from the walls of the courts of this land. In college they told me all those precepts must be contained in all US law and were put there (in stone) so later generations would not forget them.
