Women's groups in Scotland are paricularly powerful in comparison with their size.

We have a very vocal minority here who take the view that by setting the most extreme measures as their goal (i.e. coming up with phrases like "Inciting hatred of women"), then by the time the politicians have winced about how to say no to such a laughable concept without offending them, certain key elements of their recommendations will make the statutes.

We have just had a Scottish Executive study into Domestic Violence report the usual findings which include only female victims and have had television adverts to match with female victims and male abusers ad nauseum.

These people are also pushing for legislation to criminalise only men using prostitutes but not the prostitutes themselves (They are all victims apparently).

Unfortunately, too many Scottish men are still taking the benevolent, slightly bemused approach to all of this, as though if we just indulge them this time, they will go away.

Couple that with the chivalrous nature of your typical Scottish Sheriff (Judge), the media friendly Scottish politician and, and we have a very dangerous environment for letting ludicrous notions such as the one above to pass into law.

I get the impression that Jack McConnell (First Minister) is the among the most guilty of this. He's a puppet to the orthodoxy.

It can't be too soon for the men of Scotland to get organized to resist the feminist treachery that is being planned for them.

This law, if enacted, would come dangerously close to Orwell's definition of "Thought Crime."

When the fem advocates talk about "mainstreaming gender" into the judicial process (my, what a polite phrase for fascism!)what they really intend is to legislate a whole new layer of "guilty until proven innocent" codes into law, which would apply only to men.

Imagine going to court only to be asked -- "so, Mr. Patriarch, when did you start hating women?"

(A not too clever variation on the "When did you stop beating your wife..." scam.

There is a bright side, however.

In a manly nation where manliness can involve the wearing of kilts, it should be much easier to determine which elected representatives' testicals have actually descended...

unlike the trouser-wearing pussified fellow-travellers of feminism we have to contend with in our U.S. elected officials!

Here we go!
What exactly will be defined as "inciting hatred of women"?
Well, EVERYTHING, most likely.
If you so much as critisize feminism THAT will be considered a "hate crime" against women.
If a man says a cross word to a woman THAT will be a "hate crime" against women ! If a man protesets the bias in family courts, THAT will be a "hate crime" against women!
If a man defends himself against a violent woman THAT will be a "hate crime" against women!
And just WHOM is doing the defining? The FEMINISTS, of course.
And to them, simpley being born MALE is a "hate crime" against women.
I dunno, guys. I'm begining to think that the only way to stop this and things like it is through armed revolt.
If we DON'T..., Well, I'll be seeing you all in the all-male-consentration-camps, most likely.

I see in this story the usual radical feminist lies about men being empowered patriarchs, and therefore being in positions of power they are abusive to women. That is huge stretch, reaching to encompass all men, average guys like you and I and is an enormous lie. This is the usual women's studies hate propaganda, and the irony of this article is that it incites hatred of men.

True to women's studies femi-supremacist ideology they want all the privileges, and want to blame men for everything, then they want to take away everyone's free speech rights so no one can criticize their Fascist tyrannies. The time for this hateful agenda to stop is now, and I hope the Scottish Gov't. comes down hard on these insidious hate mongers for the hate they are trying to promote against innocent men.

Once again these radical feminist hate monger bigots commit a Freudian projection, when they project their intolerance and hatred onto men as their characteristics. Let there be no mistake, this article shows clearly the hatred and bigotry that radical/gender feminist incite and perpetrate against all men.

Jacques Chiraq did.

He wants to stop anti-homosexual behaviour at its root (insults), before it gets to such extremes as homosexuals being lit on fire.

We all know about the call by Status of women researchers in Canada to do this, which has been replied to with a lawsuit (which is still before the Supreme Court of British Columbia) and with my bit of monkeyshines which is to offer students a $1000.00 reward if they rat out any women's studies prof if she incites to mysandry. Personally I think the whole idea of "hate crime"is absolutley absurd. All politics is IS INCITEMENT TO HATRED....think about it.
