Not one, but two false complaints in Rhode Island
posted by Thomas on 06:02 PM March 19th, 2004
False Accusations Anonymous User writes "There is another report of a woman, by the name of Sinead E. O'Brien, charged with submitting a false rape report to the police. She was charged 1 week ago. The case also occurred in Rhode Island, the same state where another woman, Stephanie E. Estep, was also charged on the very following day.

Thomas writing now: The second case is discussed on MANN here. And here's a discussion of the hateful, feminist declaration that women don't lie about rape.

I wonder if the only thing that will wake up legislators is to informed of the cost (in dollars) caused by false allegations. Of course this is a very serious indictment of them; but it may actually cause them to take this problem seriously.

Legislators? Care about our tax money being wasted??

You're kidding, right??

P.S. This behavior will not decline until the perpetrators have to reimburse the taxpayers for the costs, or maybe double or treble the reimbursement damages they must pay. And when a person is hurt as a result of the false claim, jail time equivilent to what the victim could have received should be adjudicated against the perpetrator.

Until there is forced accountability for the actions of these women, nothing will ever change. These women (and countless others) have been programmed to understand what they can get away with...knowing very well that society will do very little, if anything, if they are caught in their lies.
