This line of reasoning is absurd and completely unjust. A defendant's past is frequently brought into question...and the "accuser" in this case could easily wind up as a defendant. If this case exposes the "accuser" as a fraud, I would love to see her name and crime posted on the headlines of every major newspaper in this country. It won't happen, but it would be a step in the right direction. It might hold back some would-be false accusers from their illegal, irresponsible actions, knowing that they may actually be ACCOUNTABLE for their actions. Shocking!

I am aquainted with someone who has done time for an unjust accusation of rape. It's a long story and really even MORE horrendous than anything posted on this site. It even involves the accusor's therapist coming forward voluntarily...without the accused or his lawyer even asking...to state that a miscarriage of justice was taking place that the accusor was a Munchaussen compulsive liar and that she had played out this little drama on others...he had his medical license revoked and got run out of town for his efforts and his testimony was ruled inadmissable. The irony was...nobody ever sang any louder in the choir of feminism than the accused and he publicly denounced me for being anti-feminist and said "women DO get raped and it's men like YOU who expound the false accusation myth that enable rapists to get away with it"...what say you now sir? He did fourteen years worth of I told you so.

The irony was...nobody ever sang any louder in the choir of feminism than the accused and he publicly denounced me for being anti-feminist and said "women DO get raped and it's men like YOU who expound the false accusation myth that enable rapists to get away with it"...what say you now sir? He did fourteen years worth of I told you so.
Just goes to show that some men are so confused and befuddled by misandric feminism that they actually will kiss their chains. Hard to feel pity for them!

If you look at all the men who have been freed of murder, rape, etc. through DNA evidence, it boggles the mind to think how many more must be there (jail) falsely, but will never have the opportunity of DNA evidence to free them. I say, "A hard crack down on female false accusers is long overdue." I say, "To hell with rape shield laws, etc. Let the Truth be told." The time is long over do for lying females falsely accusing rape, domestic violence, paternity fraud, child abuse, sexual harassment, etc. to do hard time.

Unfortunately, most of the world does not know this b/c most of the major media outlets are observing the gag order. Plus, she has not been charged with any crime yet.
It would, in fact, be nice to see her name splashed all over newspaper headlines if Kobe Bryant is found innocent. "KATELYN FABER LIED, Charges to be filed".
