The Words of a Former Prosecutor

	In this essay, former prosecutor, Craig Silverman, states that "during my time as a prosecutor who made case filing decisions, I was amazed to see all the false rape allegations that were made to the Denver Police Department. It was remarkable and surprising to me. You would have to see it to believe it." I wonder how many of these were formally filed false reports for which no prosecution took place. Silverman goes on to say, "Any honest veteran sex assault investigator will tell you that rape is one of the most falsely reported crimes that there is. A command officer in the Denver Police sex assaults unit recently told me he placed the false rape numbers at approximately 45 percent." The article is part of a dispute between Silverman and Jeff Shapiro, a former reporter for the tabloid "The Globe", who is apparently coming out with a book about the Kobe Bryant case. When I made one poster it said this: MILITANT FEMINIST CRIME PAYS a woman is pictured clutching big handfulls of money in each hand and smiling. Below the picture it says PATERNITY FRAUD, FALSE ACCUSATIONS OF: DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, CHILD ABUSE, RAPE To those of you who say the capitol letters are like shouting, I would just like to say, "That's the general idea when you're protesting." Even a male spider realises that he can not be celibate and takes an 80% chance of being eaten. My advice is: -- Avoid single mothers -- Avoid women under 18-20 -- Avoid women who have issues with men (you may have to play a detective here) -- Avoid women with past issues (if she was abused she may be enraged at the world) -- Avoid one night stands (obvious) Cohabitation is best. Only 4.5% of rape charges are filed by cohabitants which may mean 2,000 convictions a year and 1,100 false convictions a year per 5 million cohabiting men. If you cohabit for 20 years (and of course if you are innocent) your chances of being convicted of rape are 1:250. If you are careful about red flags they are even lower. If you marry or have children, you will lose $$$$. And you'll get huge emotional baggege. If you cohabit with a single mother you may be accused of sexual abuse.

This is a good question. The essay didn't go into it, but when I've seen this rough percentage of accusations that are false discussed in any detail, they refer to accusations that are clearly false -- the accuser usually has gross contradictions in the description of events. Image a woman, who has no physical evidence, accuses a guy of having non-consensual sex with her two weeks ago. Yup he might have done something wrong. And a fair penalty might be at most a parking ticket. Yet in the current misandristic "justice" system, he might spend years locked up for being convicted of "rape".
