I have been telling all my friends about the superior look of the revamped NCFMDC web site. I really wish all the other chapters could document and advertise their activism as well as this group is doing. I know we all have limitations and are doing the best we can. DC is really the model to beat for the nicest web site amongst all the chapters. Congrats to DC. You have outdone yourselves with this effort.
The only suggestion I have would be a news or views section with "frequent" updates. It will keep people coming back to see what's changed. I keep coming back, and not much has changed in the past couple of weeks.
I'm a photo bug and take tons of photos. If you can change those frequently that will help too and you get to write even less (one picture is worth a thousand words), (every picture tells a story don't it). The photos on this site may be the biggest attention getter in this sound bite driven world.
A place for comments would be good too, but you would probably get flooded and have to answer them all.

I added this to the Men's Hour Blog What would YOU say if a woman was brutally murdered, run over repeatedly by her husband in his 4,200 pound luxury car?
[4,200 pound is presumably the weight, not the cost. Otherwise I'd like to know where you get a 4.200 pound (about 7,000 dollars) luxury car]
I end up with this poll. In his last article the Free Harris stance seems to be absent. The article is sympathetic, but no mention of freeing her is mentioned. He has a (now closed) Poll for the sentence.
What do you think of the 20-year sentence imposed on Clara Harris?
It wasn't stiff enough, she should have received death penalty 22.82% (725)
She should have been sentenced to more prison time 16.71% (531)
(Total for higher sentence 40%(1256)
The sentence is just about right at 20 years 26.82% (852)
(Total for actual or higher sentence 66%(2108)
She should do some prison time, but not that many years 16.53% (525)
She should have received a suspended sentence 5.10% (162)
She should have been given probation 4.78% (152)
She should have walked free 2.80% (89)
She shouldn't have been found guilty in the first place 2.36% (75)
Other 2.08% (66)
(Total for all non custodial sentences 17%(544)
TOTAL VOTES: 3177
The result suggest that he is not in touch with his audience. 40% wanted a higher sentence and only 2.8% wanted her to walk free. In some ways he's tried to jump on a feminist/moral crusade were men cheat and women are still those wonderful, perhaps mythical creatures, who stay home and look after hubby and all you have to do to put the world to rights is run over a few errant men. I simply can't make up my mind whether this Joseph Farah is an idiot who jumped on a bandwagon or just an idiot.
