The father lied about being bisexual so that means he's a bad father... but the mother actually committed a felony, yet she is seen to be the better parent. How is that right?
Bunch of bull, if you ask me. Just 'cause someone is bi, doesn't mean it's the whole world's business and that they have to disclose it against their wishes.

Aside from the fact that this POS judge finds kidnapping and fleeing the country to be better than bisexuality, I found this part disturbing: "The computer expert, hired to check Weeks' computer for evidence of pornography..."
Hired by whome? The ex-wife? The judge? Sounds like nothing more than a smear campaign.

Why the hell did the even ask about his sexuality? What is the relevance of that or the presence of pornography on his PC? This is irrelevant bullshit.

Rumor has it there was some domestic abuse allegations on record with a fomer lover.

To clear the record: Open to the public I watched these proceedings and watched a man be completely humiliated and chastized due to his sexuality. Evidence was presented to refute the ex-wifes allegations of abuse, allegations of putting the children in harms way, and allegations of his lieing about sexuality, and finally the attack on his character. What I saw was a man full of character. Having pursued his children for years, having been suckered in by a little faggot con-artist out to destroy the man for beating him up for claiming to be lovers behind the man's back, having endured false allegations prior to his ex leaving with his children when she failed to get her way in the court room three consecutive times, having done a wonderful job with his children that evidence proved by witnesses and school records such as report cards and teachers testimony. Yet they attacked this by saying the young boy was having behavior problems in spite of the teachers own testimony saying that such behavior is typical of little boys who are socially active and happy. The video tape that judge viewed from behind his closed eye lids reveals nothing but cars going and coming with little regard to the fact that there are several entries and exits to the man's apartment building which by the way is very nice and in elaborate buckhead. I also heard testimony from neighbors and friends that allegations of his alleged live in relationship was unfounded for they never saw such a person or evidence of such a person. This judge and this attorney was pissed off because the man had the nerve to say "don't label me" because I don't live a life style described by the opposing attorney. I saw a man stand for his children by enduring the attempted slaughter of his character. He didn't defend what should have been obvious to this judge. The man was railroaded. This man was robbed of his children. Evidence of great parenting and obvious character was overshadowed by the sexual orientation adgenda by both the opposing attorney and the judge. When defense attempted to present their case, they were cut off by the so called Judge.
I was furious to the point of wanting to puke on the family's back that sat and laughed as they humiliated the man that is the father of the children they were fighting for, that they "respected" and loved. This is the smear the queer campaign by the Fulton County Judge and this attorney. Now, I think we should rally around our own and start our clear the queer campaign whether the man knows it or not. So, instead of puking on someone, I am beginning my campaign by telling my view of the proceedings and the injustice that occurred. I am angered and shocked that this actually happened here in Atlanta Georgia in the year 2003. We are not there yet men. Ideas,recommendations and help assist him and others on the road to appeal in the Supreme Court are welcomed. Lets fight for this man and all of our rights to be fathers and Mothers without such bias. It just ain't right!!!!!

Custody battle for "bisexual" dad far from over...this one's gonna get really ugly... Dad says gloves are coming off... But still will not trash the mother of his children. This fight is with the system.
Hey.. Update on the father who was screwed by judge goger... Just read the article in southern voice about this man and the allegations. Sounds like they are trying to destroy him in the aftermath as well. Is it not bad enough that the man has been slammed while his ex gets away with felonies, kidnapping, and having four previous judges see through her false allegations labeling them as "harassment" to "prevent her ex-husband from exercising visitation"? Ex-wife’s attorney Baum trashed this man in the southern voice. let’s see if Baum can put his money where his mouth is?.... In my opinion, Baum will face slander charges sooner or later.
Judge throws out evidences that Mr. Weeks brings to court to prove the real subject of parenthood. That is the bottom line here.
From what I know, this father will file an appeal to the Georgia supreme court with what they call a "supersedes" to reverse this judges screw up in sending those children right back into the arms of a criminal, kidnapping, parent alienating, religious zealot mother and stepfather (who has several felonies btw), who will take matters into her own hands again.
I bet the gwinnett county judge who gave this father custody to begin with having heard all the evidence would love to get this back into his courtroom. I cannot wait to see which way the supreme court will jump on this one. It is my opinion that this man's fight for this cause makes him very respectable, making him a great man of character. Most men would who fall into that deadbeat dad category would throw their golf clubs over their shoulder and put the check in the mail and never look back. I see here a daddy that loves his kids and wants to be a good father. Every heard that:" anyone can be a father, but it takes someone special to be a daddy"? I hear he plans to start a foundation for "all" parents.....not just fathers who need help searching, retrieving and fighting for their children who have been "wrongfully" removed from this country against the will of the other parent. Now is that a man lacking character???? Hell I might even quit my job to help him.
Anyone wanting to contribute to this cause to help start this, let me know at my email via mens activism. The cause is helping all parents whether straight, gay, lesbian, red, yellow, black or white in their fight for their children.... Still working on this.. But if you might support such a cause, a word of encouragement would be cool.
There will be more info on this I am sure as it develops...

I for one really would like to get to the heart of this matter. I was stunned when I read of the verdict and outcome of the trial. All along I rallied for Jeff Weeks. I read the court docs online until Fulton County took their site down (sometime in October?).
The thing that scares me the most is these two beautiful kids have two obviously flawed parents (don't we all) and the acrimony between the parents may be what scars those kids the most.
