I finally got around to viewing the program, and I hope people following the commission will check it out. The video stream is high bandwidth and very high quality.
Gerry, David, and Mike did a very professional job discussing the issues and the coverage was very favorable, unlike some of the newspaper reports we've seen so far.

I'd be curious to hear what you, or anyone, thought of the feminist legislator. I am confused by the consistent negative attitudes that feminists have towards this mens commission or anything supporting men. An example is how NOW is automatically against anything that is pro-father. Is it a turf battle? Why would they get this upset? Would Blacks get upset about a commission looking into the discrimination against Hispanics? I'm sure if they did it wouldn't have the same venom that the fems have towards men. Is it because they know they have framed men as the problem and the theoretical ground they stand on would become quicksand if it were shown that men are indeed discriminated against?
What gives?

"I'd be curious to hear what you, or anyone, thought of the feminist legislator."
That would be former Sen. Katie Wheeler. She was very consistently against any men's issues bills. Probably one of the most consistent anti-male feminist legislators we had.
Fortunately, she did not seek a new term and is out of the NH Senate, although her successor (Iris Estabrook) is much like her.
