Dr. Baskerville is getting more direct and radicalized in his commentaries, and is not mincing words in describing the systematic terrorism directed against men and especially fathers.
I'm heartened that he made a direct mention of the DV Industry as the third arm of the assault squad -- along with the courts (attorney and judge parasites) and feminist "women's rights" advocates (vampires)!
Following his typical scenario, a father is sued by his soon-to-be-ex-wife for divorce; she is counseled by her lawyer to falsely allege domestic abuse (a guarantee of instant full custody of the kids and an immediate Order of Protection to exile him from his home and property.)
Then, homeless, wrenched away from his kids, and likely undergoing traumatic stress syndrome, he is subjected by the DV gestapo to six-to-twelve months of feminist "shame and blame" psychological abuse administered by state-certified DV "therapists." (He pays out-of-pocket for this "male privilege" of emotional degradation and brainwashing...)
The net result of the vicious multi-pronged bludgeoning is that most men have the will to fight beaten right out of them in short order.
Enter the divorce and child support advocates, who will pick his sorry carcass clean to the bone with the legal weapons of property division, wage garnishment, alimony, and child support.
We now inhabit a "free" nation where any man at any time can lose eveything he has worked for should his female significant other elect to take advantage of this fascist system, by making a single phone call ---- dial three digits: (911), and speak four words: "I'm afraid of him."
It's that easy, that simple, that ruthless, and the rest is a "fait accompli" ... the man is now grist for the mill, a ghost in the machine.
It may require a few hundred thousand more ordinary men and fathers to be dispossesed, destroyed, driven to suicide... before this tyranny is ended.
Of course, the most expedient means to correct this social pathology would be for WOMEN themselves, those morally superior beings who we know are committed to EQUAL justice under-the-law... to stand up, make their voices heard, and use their considerable "victim power" to right a terrible wrong that is literally killing our marriages, our families, our men.
I'm awaiting the "fairer sex's" rescue of men with guarded optimism and a skeptic's sense of realism...

I've been asking myself the same question for a lot of years now, and I really don't like the answers I have been coming up with. As Ray points out in his reply - "If it is to be, it is up to me" - meaning that instead of waiting for men to band together, each of has to start taking whatever individual action we can now.
The first thing that men have to realize is that it is mostly MEN who have done this to us. Wealthy and powerful men have ALREADY banded together specifically for the purpose of DOING THIS TO US! I contend that politics has not changed since the beginnings of the human race. Rent "Braveheart" and watch it about 3 times. Watch how "men" betray other "men" over and over.
Pay particular attention to the scene where Longshanks becomes annoyed with the arrogant and ignorant prating of his son's homosexual lover and simply throws him out the window to his death. As the US discovered on 9/11/2001, not everyone in the world shares our value system and it is a fundamental mistake to assume that they do. Men have been assuming that people give a shit what happens to them, and the cold truth is that they DON'T! Think of the millions of men slaughtered by "men" from Ghengis Khan to Pol Pot and Saddam, and ask yourself why "men" didn't band together then to stop THAT evil, and you will be on track to the answer.
During the Great Depression, the method of looting common men of the product of their labor was called "foreclosure". "Men" of that day actually banded together and dragged the judges issuing the foreclosure orders out of their homes and threatened to hang them. In order to form unions which allowed people to band together to fight evil, many people were killed by the hired goons of the "men" seeking to maintain their slave-like control of the working man.
THAT was the level of effort and commitment required to fight evil in the past. I just don't see "men" of today willing to put out that level of effort and make that level of sacrifice. Read Steven Baskerville's work and compare the new baronies to those of 12th century Britain - the differences are superficial.
The looters are going to keep looting until there is nothing and no one left to loot. The war on men, fathers, and fatherhood is just like the "war on drugs" - a bogus excuse for legal looting.
I agree with the poster who said it was women's responsibility to take up the fight for marriage and fatherhood. Men can individually make the decision to refuse to give women "marriage" until they take up the fight to restore equity to it.

In response to Zenpriest's post, I think men will increasingly speak out and organize against laws and practices that treat men as second class citizens when it comes to divorce, child custody, paternity fraud, reproductive choice, family violence, and men's college athletic programs abolished by Title IV. Women, mothers, girlfriends, wives, sisters, etc., who are affected by this anti-male discrimination will increasingly come to men's defense and help push for legal reforms. It's already beginning to happen and it will continue, I believe. Slow but steady.

I'm not waiting for men to band together. I'm taking to the streets now.
I put on my T-shirt, and put a big sign in my truck and run up and down the streets. I go into stores wearing a T-shirt that says FEMINIST LIES MAKE BAD LAWS. The truck sign says the same.
I don't want to toot my own horn, but I spent most of yesterday doing this and talked to four guys over the course of the day, WHO CAME UP TO ME.
No one said anything negative to me all day or asked me to leave. If they had I would have just done that and gone on to the next errand.
Male victims are out there everywhere and they are waiting for you to come to them, or at least to show that they are not alone, that there is hope.
Don't let them down, and yourself in the process. Besides, it is a very therapeutic and empowering process to legally get out there in the public forum and tell the truth that has been so suppressed.
I am amazed at the power of freedom of speech that we still have, and I am even more amazed at how underutilized it is by most men's activists.

P.S. I wasn't even trying to protest I just put on my T-shirt and got in my truck and did my errands. I started out with breakfast and got the best service in this restaurant that I ever got. Be nice always, people are almost always positive about what I'm doing. I just disregard the rest as a waste of time.

ray, any chance I could get one of the t-shirts, most specifically the one about prison not being a shelter - I've got sociology project coming up, going to do a report on domestic violence against men, we're encouraged to do a presentation of the project and the shirt would be cool to have for that - quite a conversation starter as well.

Inasmuch as you are being graded on the brainwashing that you receive in batterer's training it is not permitted to wear any of the above sayings to a batterer's training session. They could even jail you for not completing their hate agenda.
Make sure you have completed all requirements, and then check to see what free speech you can exercise after you are free of the feminazi d.v. industry.
