The UK Dads have their priorities straight! US men here in the US are still sending emails around like a bunch of babies and doing very little in terms of protest.
I think men's groups should be protesting the treatment Kobe is likely to get in front of the court in front of the media.
It is time to fight the second class status men have in femerica.

Just a few facts that got very minor play in the media:
1) the night they were together Will and ***PATTY BOWMAN*** (FUCK RAPE SHIELD LAWS) she was wearing a shirt. Wanna know what it said?
I AM A SEXUAL THREAT
But, the judge didn't allow that piece of info in because it had 'little relevance'
2) Her friend, who got caught lying, told the jury that after her friend PATTY BOWMAN had told her that Will had raped her that she went into the Kennedy house (alone with Will, darkened house mind you) to call the police to 'get help' for her friend.
3) It took the jury, who KNEW they were on LIVE TV NATIONWIDE (if not world wide) only 75 minutes to render a verdict.
4) After Will was exonerated, the only people interviewed were Feminists who said: "Not guilty does not mean innocent" --- so what the fuck does GUILTY AS CHARGED MEAN!?!??!?!?!?!??!
Now the Kobe case, which up until a few days ago I did not have an opinion on:
The woman shows up for her 'rape exam' with seman from ANOTHER MAN inside of her. I mean ... W T F !?!? She was so fucking traumatized that she went out to "get empowered"!??! by fucking some OTHER dude????
And this shit is going to TRIAL.

Actually I heard it reported that the seaman was on her panties, and that she did have sex a day or two before, but the guy wore a rubber. Kobe's attorney said sex with "3 guys" in a few days.
Perhaps some horny young guy rubbed up a bad case of pecker droll before he reached into his wallet for the rubber.
We have to make absolutely sure we do nothing to besmirch the reputation of this sainted female, that our precious rape shield laws are trying so hard to protect.
Talk about putting someone on a sexist pedestal who doesn't deserve to be there. What about the possibility of a the male being falsely accused and his reputation suffering. Where's the shield law for that? Perhaps the name of this sexist law should be renamed to bimbo shield law, or slut shield law, or false accuser shield law or militant feminist agenda shield law, or scam shield law, then at least it would have a name that befits what it does in a number of cases.
Where's the benefit of the doubt for the accused? What does that, "Innocent until proven guilty," bullshit mean anyway under our current feminazi legal system? Is that just some poor fool's attempt to make a law to defend the rights and reputation of the innocent who are falsely accused?
I never cease to be amazed at what militant feminist clowns and judges in our sexist legal system do and say to amuse us. They are the over-obviously sexist laughing stock of men everywhere in the Western world. In this case if I laugh at any human thing, it is that I may not cry.

(after taking a second to catch my thoughts, my sanity, and my breath ... sorry for the above post of mine guys)
I demand accuracy when I see info... so I ammend what I said earlier: the seman of another man on her panties. Now this tells me 1 of 3 things, as far as I see.
1) she had sex with another dude in a day or 3 prior to her rape exam. I have a hard time believing that after being raped a woman who was so traumatized was "in the mood" to try out some guy. Look, I am just talking practical dating sense. A woman is raped, she is rather shook up (to say the least) and, I don't follow this part, within a day or so she has sex with a guy. Now either the 'cum' came out of her and settled or he ejaculated outside her panties. Either way, umm, common sense would indicate she remembers it. But she wore them to the hospital 'accidentally'?? on the SAME DAY as she went for a rape exam???? I mean, not to be gross, but wouldn't she, even if she had CONSENSUAL sex with some complete stranger (ok, its rather a stretch) remember some guys 'cum' on her panties. Wouldn't she remember the outfit she wore during ANY sex in the weeks after she was raped.
2)She wore the panties with 'cum' on them to help her charge against Kobe. I mean, I guess she's never heard of DNA, but that's the only logical alternative that comes to mind.
3) After having sex with Kobe and bragging about it (she is reported to have done this)she started to get the 'slut' repercussions. Which, honestly guys is such horseshit, a woman should be able to be a 'complete whore' in the bed room while enjoying sex as much as a man and not get some high school reputation. Fairs fair. She told her friends something like "well, it went further than I wanted it too" or "I didn't really WANT him to do it, he just kinda slid it in" or somesuch. Then it got out of control.
I feel for women who are raped, but I don't think this is the case. One piece of manufactured evidence shows a false allegation. So, in my mind, she made a decision: Kobe's freedom, 'life', and career were less important than her owning up to her one night stand.

Ok, one of the things we hear over and over is that a woman would never make a false allegation. Take a breath and read this, it will help when presented with this 'view'.
A woman who is raped has to make a concious decision to press charges. It's tough. I don't think men who have not been raped can really understand how hard that is. A woman always thinks she has the option of sex. I mean, ask any woman you know and she'll tell you: woman can 'get some' any time they wish. And they have (or should have) the ability to say no at the drop of a hat. This is her right too. So a woman who is REALLY raped has had something vital to her soul and core taken from her. For her to make a concious decision to go to the authorities is hard. She has to have an inkling of all the stages of the prosecution she will go through. It's a concious choice.
Now, the next time you hear a woman who HAS been raped say this, take a breath, and GENTLY and with EMPATHY tell her that "yes, YOU made a difficult choice, but a woman who falsely accuses is not like you. I am not ignoring what happened to YOU, but a woman who lies doesn't think like you. Her wiring is wrong."
You may ask me why I say this after what I went through(being falsely accused). It's because I have given this a lot of thought on how to explain it to 'normal' women.
A woman who lies about rape does so for a variety of reasons. Usually for revenge, power (in a divorce case), or attention. Let's concentrate on revenge or attention (at happened to me) because the reason for power in divorce is abundantly clear on motive. Usually for attention or revenge it starts out with statements (I have read tons of cases on this guys, it not my opinion) like "yes, I have a boyfriend. We were just fooling around. I didn't really want to, it just happened" or "he's a jerk. He fucked me like I was nothing and blew me off" or (in attention wanters) "I was raped once". Women in these situations are surrounded by women in our culture who have been trained to POUNCE on statements like that and make a crusade out of them. To be honest they are trying to help, though with not one thought of possible damage to a man's life. Many women these days have been raised to have little or no empathy for men. And since the laws will never apply to them there is the feeling of "that's different". "That's different" entitlement and dehuminazation has been layered and layered onto their brains. So the rape charge takes off. Now, the accuser is a) stuck with her story b) being pressured by trained 'advocates' to put a stop to a rapists assaults and c) she keeps getting deeper and deeper into her lie. Let's face it fellas. We all have seen how women LOVE to dish out humiliations (hell, look at TEENAGED girls: i.e. women w/out the polish of age) but would rather take a bullet than **BE** humiliated. Plus she is being 'soothed' by trained 'advocates' with self-justification and being told 'what he did to you, he did worse to others, the average rapist rapes [add your favorite number] women. help stop him'. So in the end she decides her embaressment is more ugly than your life long damage. Plus 'advocates' quickly stip away any humanity from the person the woman thinks of and makes him into a mental shape.
So to any of you who have been falsely accused, when you hear the "women don't lie, why would she put herself through that" argument, you now have a better picture of WHY and how to explain it. You won't get many open responses, trust me, but at least you can hold on to that while others make you think "you asked for it somehow". Don't let them take away your dignity. Fathers-4-Justice tank has peaceful protest but sit-in and arrest later on.
Fathers-4-Justice had a peaceful protest in which about 2000 fathers went from Trafalgar Square and marched around London. They visited the CSA (child support) office, CAFCASS (child custody), Lincoln Inn Fields (home of a number of lawyers), The High Courts and the Royal Court of Justice. "Batman" and "Robin" were on the rooftop of the Royal Courts of Justice. ITV, BBC. Batman and Robin are hoping to stay there for one week. The protest passed peacefully but following a threat to arrest Batman and Robin, a road sit-in occurred and when police tried to remove them, some struggles occurred and one arrest was made. Video of the whole protest is being edited right now which hopefully should take about 4-6 hours. They will be on the Men's Hour blog. Check back here later.

The first video of the Fathers-4-Justice tank protest in London is on the Men's Hour. It is a rough cut version that is far from finished and only contains the first part of the protest up to the Royal Courts of Justice where we find Batman and Robin. I said I'd try to get something online in 4-6 hours but the digital video is not downloading properly or quickly so I've put this video up I don't expect to resolve this problem in a matter of hours. Typically just when you're to do something in a hurry the equipment has to give trouble.
