Woman Arrested on Sex Charges

Inequality Luek writes " Here is yet another story about a woman having sex with underage males and being charged with sexual misconduct NOT statutory rape mind you. Would a man in this situation be charged only with "lewd and lascivious battery?" I don't think so. He would be charged with rape!"

....accused of engaging in sexual activity with three boys between the ages of 12 and 16.

She was charged and booked into jail. Bond was set at $1,500.

What is clear is that if this were a male under arrest there would be sexual predator, danger to society, and child molestation charges. Yet the bail is set at only $1,500?!?!?!? Gees. What bigots!

and know who the prosecutor is that is handling this case and can get us a telephone # for him?

Maybe we could call him and put a little pressure on him to get some justice for these boys.

apparently this mother took some pills, got some booze, invited [that's a mild word for it] her son and three friends of similar age [under 16] to a hotel room, got them dollar bills so she could 'be a stripper' for them, fondled them, slept between two of them. and some other stuff.

That space doesn't belong there, luna.

Unlike the other case there's nothing in this article to indicate that the boys were willing to respond to Ms.Johnson's advances. Maybe Pa boys are smarter; maybe Ms.Johnson is a dog.

It's a little revealing of female sexuality that even when they are very much the aggressor they want to imagine they are being paid for it.

"rape" may not have been an option for the prosecutor. Many states now define rape in terms of "sexual penetration" -- obviously in most sex acts the female does not "penetrate" the male and therefore a charge of rape could not be prosecuted. Maybe someone who knows the law of Florida could comment. It might be worthwhile to find out before you start staking the prosecutor to the nearest anthill.
