Disscussion on False Accusations of Rape

False Accusations " This female 'cadet' downs six shots of tequila in a men's dorm, then has sex. Guess who's fault it is?" by Dave Nevers "And she went to the men's dorm after having drunk alcohol already and then downed another six shots of tequila. However, the rape- and various associated charges in the case are for a good cause, to save the woman's reputation (the sex was apparently okay): Defense counsel Capt. Kathleen Reder suggested the woman reported the incident because she was worried her boyfriend, also a cadet, would be angry with her for having sex and that her reputation would be tarnished. The man's reputation doesn't matter; to save the woman's, the man's reputation needs to be destroyed. That is part of the price to be paid for female "liberation" and "equality". The moral of the story is, if you are a woman who has had illicit sex and was found out, offence is the best defence: LAY RAPE CHARGES! Chances are it will work more often than not in the woman's favour; if not, so what! There are no consequences for women for lying in the courts. There's nothing new about any of that." Here's some points you'll find interesting.

Given the assymmetry, I repeat that trust between men and women must be developed over years, decades or even centuries before they engage in sexual relations. Otherwise these things happen, with the usual excuse that men have all the power, so women must exert the reproductive power and choices they deny they have, up to and including false accusations, false attribution of fatherhood, and so on.

As a college student this is the reason that i abstain. it is also why i engruage all my friends to abstain. it's dangerous to have sex in college. I can't afford something like a false alligation. I fell that women will not get it through thier heads that this is wrong untill men my age make a point of it. ceasing sexual relations altogether might just prove that one.

False charges, whether DV or sexually based are probably the most un-reported and under-studied area of law.

My ex used false DV allegations against me when I caught her having an affair in our bed. I left, with only the usual type of argument one would expect. Later the cops come to arrest me and my ex in a drunken stupor creates a completely different reality that did not even make sense,so the cops pieced it together into a weird report to try and bury me. I was in lockup for 10 days as my ex used false abuse charges and she said that she was "afraid" - I tell you the only thing she was "afraid" of, was her reputation in our small town. She "dragged me over the coals" to shut me up and to denegrate ME to our family and friends and society so that he slutty ways would remain buried and I would effectively be silenced through a comprehensive probation where she can call the cops anytime and I will be locked up again. Some country we live in... Iraq was different in what way?

No man stands a chance in the courts today, whether it is rape, DV, or the ubiquitous "sex-crimes" which often seem to amount to nothing more than a pat on someone's fat ass - and yet it still often makes the news.

wake up men. secure the sancity of due process and evidentiary based court decisions. Allegations ruin men, and the media is the outlet that condems people before any fact is revealed, and the judiciary branch of our government is run by feminist jurisprudence.

Otherwise, someday while living your normal life, you may find yourself on the inside of some metal bars looking out hoping your accuser has enough decency in them to realize their own sickeness.

Two comments were inadvertently deleted this evening when I went to remove one at the request of its author. I'd like to apologize to those people. Due to the thread-based comment system, removing one also deletes others down the chain.

I think I'm going to have to make it a policy not to remove comments at users' request anymore. I'd prefer not to have this happen again, since it can't seem to be dealt with effectively without adversely affecting others.

Again, my apoligies for the mistaken deletions.
